Was the best restaurant ever. The food was always fresh and tasty. The owners were wonderfully kind.

Of all the food trucks lined up outside of the Rebel Entertainment Center, Me.n.u caught my eye…read morebecause they use Roti instead of corn tortillas for their tacos, which really upgraded my taco experience. I got 2 cauliflower and one steak taco for $15 because my colleague and I were the last customers of the day for them. The cauliflower taco had some sort of sweet red chili sauce which really balanced the entire taco. The size of the taco was also significantly larger than your average soft corn tortilla taco. Also got a steak roti taco, and it looked really tasty, but I didn't get to take a bite. My colleague ended up eating the whole thing without offering me even one bite. Since he literally inhaled the steak taco, I am assuming it was delicious.

The poutine was definitely not the best poutine I ever had and definitely not the worse. But the ranking of this poutine definitely came pretty close down at the bottom of my ranking. The fries were very tasty. Fried to perfection and it had a nice crispy to it. The cheese was the disappointment. They didn't use cheese curd. On top, the gravy was nothing special. On top, the poutine was somewhat cold. The jerk chicken was interesting. I thought I ordered Jamican food but it turned out something different. I was not sure if this was supposed to be a Korean dish or Jamican. Anyways, the dish itself was somewhat cold when I got it. The jerk chicken was somewhat dry. Strange was that it was served with kimchi, corn and some green drizzled on top was spicy mayo sauce. So I felt like it had a bit of Japanese, Jamican and a bit of Korean. I don't think the flavor went well together. They were somewhat skimpy on the jerk chicken. I was told by a colleague that their fusion tacos (instead of tortilla, they used roti) are really good. Maybe next time I try this food truck, I will get that instead. Anyways, I do not recommend getting the Jerk chicken here.

That's amazing; I love meeting hard working and ambitious individuals like this! During the Mississauga Waterfront Festival, I had the pleasure of meeting Leo and the team after being extremely intrigued by the name 'ribbon fries' - I was NOT disappointed. They are like the tornado potato fries (which they also offer) but they are not on a stick, and on a plate, they look simply delicious. Seriously, we had the plate on our table for less than a minute before a passerby demanded to know what it was and went to order it right away. I bit into it, expecting it to taste like regular ol' chippy things, but to my delight, these were the freshest potatoes EVER! They were also perfectly salted. Omnomnom. The truck is a bit plain and could definitely use better marketing to sell these amazing fries and poutines. I think they're thinking of revamping it to draw in da crowdz - he also recently got a new TV that broadcasts pics of the food offered! Steppin' up the game! Definitely hit this truck up if you happen to spot it at a festival!

The husband and wife team manning the truck were so adorable and so friendly, I felt like I was family! The food offerings here were not your over the top stereotypical food truck eats, instead they focused on doing classic menu items (hamburgers, sausages, hot dogs, fries, poutine, etc) I was only looking for a snack and when I walked up so when I asked for their personal recommendations they suggested that I go with their poutine. The portion of poutine was massive and the cheese curds were perfectly mixed throughout (which is actually an accomplishment since so many places just top their fries with cheese). The best was the gravy; hot, thick (without lump) and a great salty flavour! IT's hard to know where I'll bump into these guys again but I'm interested to try their other offerings next time I see them Eatcrest Out

My favorites are the tricked out nachos and their huge burritos. You can track the locations on Facebook by following their page. Their quick so even if you see a huge line, you won't have to wait long. The fact that you can get a good amount of food for under $10 is the part I love the most. The staff is always nice and they accept cash or card. If you love chocolate, get the aztec brownie. It taste best when you heat it up with ice cream.

I faintly heard my name and i was standing close to the truck and when I went up I asked if she called my name (as someone who works in service I totally understand rushes and asked politely). What I got was the woman rudely nodding and asking if I want my food. As a place that started with food trucks I was just kind of taken aback. It did not make me feel like I was taken care of. The man taking my order was extremely nice tho and I had a really pleasant experience with him even if it was quick (which I appreciated) Food was great as always but seeing as it happened to my friend and i both it was worth noting

How good can a hot dog be? Well, pretty great as it turns out…read more Frank was one of the first food trucks to hit the streets in WNY and their longevity can be directly attributed to the quality of their product as well as their great menu options. They constantly change their menu, so there are always great surprises to be found. Some of the stand-outs are: The Hells Kitchen which has spicy mustard, kraut and NYC onion sauce. The Hogtied - bacon wrapped dog w/ BBQ sauce, shredded cheddar & a nest of crispy fried onions. Modern Chicago - tomato jam, mustard & house-pickled peppers. Aside from all of the condiments and toppings they use, what really stands out is the link itself. They told me that they work with a local farm to produce their pasture raised pork & beef links. There link is all meat - no fillers, artificial flavors or nitrates (to keep hot dogs a nice color, most producers use pink salt which contain carcinogenic nitrates - they use natural celery powder which is more expensive but well worth it). The result is a very juicy hot dog with a great SNAP to it and lots of flavor. It's pretty impressive that not only do they make their links and most of their toppings, but they even make their own hot-dog buns! I've been to a lot of food trucks and sadly, the majority of them are just buying frozen products and throwing them in the deep fryer for you. Meanwhile, these guys are cutting potatoes and twice-frying them for their hand-cut fries. For $4, you get a big, 1/2lb pile of restaurant-quality fries. Try them with one of their specialty fry-dips like malt vinegar & sea salt aioli. All-in-all, they are a bit more expensive than what you would get from other hot dog options in the area. But when you consider the amount of work and expense it must take them to make their own links & buns, pickle their own vegetables, make their own sauces, cut their own fries, I'd say it's worth the splurge. For less than $10, you can get one of their standard toppings dogs and a order of their hand-cut fries - not a bad lunch at all.
