I joined the Workout Club in May 2012. I'd just moved back to Sydney, was overweight, and really unfit. I was so nervous going the first time I was almost sick. But Jace ( the owner) and all the other trainers made me feel welcome. My trainers have worked with me at my level, taught me new things about the way I eat and exercise, pushed me, supported and encouraged me - I have lost an enormous amount of weight and I'm the fittest I have ever been. Ten months on from that first day I ride my push bike to work everyday, swim, play tennis, jog - I'm amazed at the things my body can do.
