Hmmm. OK so the concept is good. Integrated Yoga with exercise. Positive affirmations. Aesthetically pleasing environment.
However, if you are actually interested in a good Yoga class, this place is probably not for you. The schedule doesn't allow at the right times for enough of the Yoga classes that you like. For example, you would not be able to attend a class every day for a stronger yoga session. In fact, i struggled to attend 1 or 2 a week at the appropriate time or day. While i think the concept is good, the core yoga service is not up to scratch in my opinion. Combine this with a membership based approach, and it means that you will struggle to receive value for your membership fee.
Ive also recently moved overseas, and have had several months left on my 6 months membership and have been forced to pay an exit fee of $249. During my membership i barely extracted value from it because of the issues above in the first place. I have lived overseas many times and have always been able to cancel a membership with no penalty if i moved. Its a courtesy that gyms generally provide. Ive found the Flow practice not only unorthodox, but aggressive and opportunistic.
In short, if your into yoga, there are plenty of good yoga classes/studios now, but FlowAthletica does not deliver and is a no go in my opinion. read more
