The bathrooms are pretty old, and I don't even think they were heated, but decently clean. There's some vending machines too if you need a snack or drink. The part I like is how much green area there is, lots of picnic areas spread out and lots of parking. I can take my dog walking around with plenty of room to roam. The rest area if you are heading east has a big u-turn right off the interstate so you have to slow down quickly.

I wish there were more RV parks like this one. Most rvers are couples with no children so they never use the swimming pools or clubhouse. They have a restroom and shower in their RV. They don't need to do laundry every day. Rarely see anyone make a campfire. Most folks like to eat indoors, not on a picnic table. This park also has beautiful grounds so it's a nice stay. There are envelopes to leave your payment for the night and the owner stopped by in the morning and said hello. If I ran things, this would be the trend for the future, not RV "resorts." The RV park is a "stop for the night" or a base camp or a place to stop and rest after a few days of driving. We camped at Grape Country in a motorhome 50 amp.

The people working at the front desk were polite and helpful. There are no locals living in the hotel, creating a safe and worry free environment for those coming in from out of town. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family, they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.

We do not watch television when we go to the motels after a long day and I was curious what was behind the mirror and when I slid back there was a television. I pulled over at a Rest Stop and looked online for lodging close by and found this place. Reviews were pretty good and I wasn't looking for anything fancy since I was leaving the next day. From the outside it reminded me of this horrible place I stayed in Texas , but I was surprised how nice and clean it was on the inside. It was also very quite at night even though it seemed most of the rooms were taken. Next door is Roma Italian Restaurant and wow it was really good for a small town Italian restaurant and the service was good and they were busy. I stayed in room 117 with a King Bed , Bathroom with Tub / Shower Combo , Microwave , TV with Cable and YouTube , Mini Refrig , Coffee Maker , Wall Mounted Hairdryer , Lots of Towels , and Clean. Bed was firm , but not too firm so I slept pretty good and I was exhausted and full from dinner. The price is very reasonable for how clean and well maintained it is.
