After checking a few others , I finally settled for this one. The staff, the space and the procedure all seemed very good and I was excited to see my hair growth . Alas, even after three sittings over a few months and a very high cost , I personally saw no results . I do know that not all procedures work equally well on everyone so perhaps this one was not for me . I am writing this review almost after 6 months so I feel I have given the procedure enough time and effort . The process involves needles and is slightly painful so be aware of that if you intend to go for it . Apart from that its your own blood`s plasma injected into your scalp so the process practically is very safe . The staff is sweet and very accommodating of schedules . I do feel they need more training on certain things . The clinic itself is spacious and inviting . Plenty of parking out front ,however if you follow Apple maps it's hard to locate them for the first time .

Surgery day was amazing (mommy makeover) and Dr.Gabriel made me laugh through the whole thing and felt great about all my choices!! I had consults with 3 other surgeons in the area and he was definitely the best choice for my needs! He DID the scope so that's something. But he was a condescending, snarky, repellent jerk, with a laughably bad bedside manner, who completely invalidated me as a patient. I just came home from a follow-up visit with him, (Oh yeah, got him twice) and it was just as bad. Actually, no, it was worse. I left angry. It took everything I had not to tell him off. When she finally came after I'd been waiting in the patient room for at least 15 minutes, Dr. Thompson and her assistant stopped outside my door and talked in hushed tones and then tried unsuccessfully to stifle their laughter. I got the impression that they were laughing at me as I was there for a personal situation. When she came in, she was rude and abrupt (very different than she had been before). When I tried to stand up to show her what my problem was, she angrily told me "YOU NEED TO BACK UP!" and that I was being very "twitchy". I was so confused and my feelings were hurt. This came out of nowhere! After that, she was condescending and looked at me in a way that made me think I was wasting her time (I caught her rolling her eyes at her assistant).
