The co-owner Keri, helped me with a large blanket I was working on where a stitch had fallen off several rows behind where I was working on straight needles. She spent a good deal of time pulling out several rows to correct & then put me in circular needles-which she just gave me to finish my blanket. She went above & beyond to help me, was kind, generous with her time incredibly helpful and provided excellent instructions to help prevent my mishap from happening again!
