I can't say enough good things about both Dr. Texier and Dr. Elms. They both were very perceptive to me throughout my pregnancy and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Texier delivered my baby girl, and I don't think it would have gone as smoothly but for Dr. Texier's very clear instructions. Thank you so much, Dr. Texier! Their staff are also just as caring. Special thanks to Lily, who was always a friendly face and walked me through the process whenever something was being done. Tammy, the office manager, also helped adjust my office visits to fit my schedule, as well as addressed a clinical issue I had during a blood draw. The office itself is gorgeous and physically appealing. It makes sense since the building itself is also brand new. The reception area has a little Keurig for coffee, as well as a mini fridge for water and juice boxes. I will continue to go to Winter Garden OBGYN. They've officially earned my trust.

Even after scheduling the appointment, the doctor was late and left feeling unsupported. So basically if I wasn't billable I wasn't important. I finally got my final results in which I had to message the office, twice, about discussing and they wanted me to wait 21 days until my next scheduled appointment to discuss. I found this ridiculous. When I complained, without much empathy or compassion I was just offered to schedule a sooner appointment. While they couldn't call me to discuss my test results and answer my questions or respond to my messages in the portal without me following up, they were able to call me to ask me to send my medical scans to their office because now they off 3D mammogram scans in office. Again, your only important if you're billable to them. This isn't a doctor's office I want. Patients and their families deserve more care and consideration than what I was given. I will be looking for another doctor and strongly recommend you do the same.

I saw Dr. Michael Bartfield throughout my entire pregnancy and my pregnancy was smooth sailing until around the 6/7 month mark when I started not to feel well. He had ran all the right tests on me and I was diagnosed with preeclampsia soon after. He told me to get shots to help develop the babies lungs after I was diagnosed in case I needed to deliver early, which we already knew was very likely. He told me to head straight to the ER if my symptoms flare or I have chest/stomach pains. I'm very glad he told me this and I listened. The day after I got my second round of shots for the babies' lungs my condition had severely declined. I ended up in the ER the day after and had to deliver 10 weeks early. Dr. Bartfield visited me in the hospital while I was in the ER which the nurses commented is unlike most doctors. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my baby was safe. I had an emergency c section and everything went smoothly. I'm so grateful to him for his expertise to make sure my baby was safe. My baby is about to be 3 months now and is very healthy and doing well. Dr. Bartfield and his staff are very friendly and responsive to your needs and questions. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

My disability insurance company repeatedly requested clarification and documentation from this office. They faxed requests, left voicemails, and followed up multiple times over the course of months. I also called repeatedly, sent messages through the patient portal, emailed the office, and even had my benefits administrator contact them directly. Despite all of those attempts, the paperwork was never completed in a timely manner. This wasn't a delay of a few days or even a week. My claim dragged on for months because this office simply would not respond. As a result, my claim was denied twice due to missing documentation that only my OB's office could provide. Eventually after countless email follow ups, faxed forms, ignored calls, voicemails ect CWC provided shoddy paperwork with misspellings, typos and unanswered questions. (The claim started in May, they sent the final paperwork over on July 23). This was a slap in the face. I had just delivered a 25-week premature baby who spent months in the NICU. Instead of being able to focus on my son and recover from an incredibly traumatic birth, I spent months chasing paperwork, making countless phone calls, sending emails, leaving messages, and begging this office to do the bare minimum. The emotional and financial stress this caused was completely unnecessary and avoidable. To make matters worse, I was frequently given conflicting information, told that everything had been handled when it had not, and my repeated requests for updates went unanswered. It became clear that no one was taking ownership of my case or communicating internally. An OB practice doesn't just deliver babies--they continue caring for patients during one of the most vulnerable times of their lives. Completing disability and leave paperwork accurately and promptly is part of that responsibility. This office failed spectacularly. If your livelihood depends on this office completing insurance, disability, FMLA, or maternity leave paperwork, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. On Wednesday, July 8, 2026, I was informed that my referral had already been received and was in the office's system. I was told that only the office manager, Nina, could schedule appointments and that she would call me back by 4:30 PM, the end of the business day. When I had not received a call by 4:15 PM, I called the office to follow up. I was told that they were busy and that Nina would return my call by 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, I never received a call back. The following day, Thursday, July 9, 2026, at approximately 11:25 AM, I called again. I was placed on hold multiple times and transferred between several staff members before finally speaking with someone. At that point, I was told I had a $50 missed appointment fee for an appointment that I never attended because I did not have insurance at that time. I explained that the office's phone calls should be recorded and that they could verify I had canceled. I also offered to bring in my phone records showing that I had contacted the office. Even though I did not believe I owed the fee, I told the staff that I was willing to pay the $50 simply because I needed an appointment for my pregnancy. I was then told they needed my referral, despite the fact that I had been told the previous day that it was already in their system. I explained that I also had a physical copy of the referral and could bring it to the office immediately if necessary. Instead, I was told they would email me, but I have still not received any email or any follow-up regarding my appointment. What was most concerning was the lack of professionalism throughout the entire process. When I requested to speak with someone above the office manager, I was told that Nina was the highest person available. When she eventually spoke with me, I felt that her communication was dismissive, condescending, and lacking empathy. Rather than helping resolve the situation, I felt as though my concerns were being minimized. My experience two years ago at this same office was excellent. The staff was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely cared about their patients. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been the complete opposite. Communication has been extremely poor, promised callbacks were never made, information changed from one day to the next, and no one appeared willing to take ownership of resolving a very simple scheduling issue. As a pregnant patient seeking prenatal care, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Patients should not have to repeatedly call the office, be transferred multiple times, receive conflicting information, or wait days without any follow-up simply to schedule an appointment. I sincerely hope this office reviews its communication processes and customer service expectations. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect, professionalism, compassion, and timely communication--especially expectant mothers seeking medical care.
