However, it did take about 20 minutes from ordering at the speaker to getting my food at the window. For a drive thru, I was definitely expecting a shorter period of time. The food was definitely fresh and tasted good too. I do think it's a little overpriced since the meal doesn't include a beverage. They did also forget my coleslaw, but everything else about my order was correct. I was going to add on a small banana pudding, but I was told that only a large size was available.

This was happening AS we were talking to the cashier and he did nothing about it. Again as we sat waiting for our food, receiving the harassment from the kids, the cashier did nothing. When we finally left the store I called to let them know that these kids were acting in a disrespectful and disgusting manner to their customers and should be kicked out immediately, and the guy who picked up the phone was incompetent or something because he barely understood what I was saying and didn't even care and took no action about the kids. I don't care how old the kids were. There is no excuse where someone thinks it's acceptable to YELL and annoy strangers and ask them for SEXUAL FAVORS. The fact that these small kids were let in without a guardian shows that this establishment does not care about their customers. Additionally, the way staff ignored their disorderly behavior and my complaint call afterwards really shows that this establishment does not care about their customers truly. And another strange thing about the cashier was as soon as we came in the first thing he asked to my friend was a question about her ethnicity. No introduction. No "Hi how are you?". No"How may I help you?". He immediately just asked the most unnecessary and strangest question. Interesting how he couldn't ignore my friends ethnicity, but could ignore those kids harassing customers. "The Shark sells out fast!" Everyday at work I have 3 food trucks park just outside my building's…read moreside entrance. It's part of the "Charleston Medical District" which has it's own facebook page. Food truck owners apply to get on a schedule that is published regularly on the page. I keep up with the schedule but don't always partake. Today was the first time in a long time that I saw a soul food truck on the schedule, and this one I had never heard of. I got there early (11:30 AM) and sure enough while I was waiting for my food, a long line began to form down the sidewalk. MJ's had hit an unmet need in the food truck scene at the Charleston Medical District. Interestingly, in addition to people dressed like medical professionals, many of the people in the line were dressed like construction workers- a demographic not often seen in our food truck lines. MJ's is going to be a success and since The Shark would likely sell out, and I wanted fish, that's what I got (instead of the whiting or the salmon). It was delicious- flavorful and just the additional amount of chew I would expect from Shark. They also threw in an accidental piece of salmon and, although I loved the Shark, I have to say that the salmon was better- the taste was a bit more complicated. Personally, I love the taste of whiting and I will have to try that next- unless they start selling gizzards... Gizzards and a fresh tossed salad- that would be my dream. Maybe one day. One problem new food trucks often run into at our spot is break downs of efficiency and service. A lot can come at you when you have 20 people in line on their 30 minute lunch break. ALthough I got there early before the rush, I could tell the crew here are seasoned and ready for the onslaught. No tipping (I guess it's build in the price?)- they swipe your card and your done. No name taking- they call out your order and hand it to you. All of this is done with warm easy smiles. I will be back for sure.

"Generous" is an understatement. The container was absolutely stuffed to the brim with the General Tso's. The chicken was perfectly crispy, even after I picked it up, the sauce was the ideal balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. The veggie roll had too much pepper and the bourbon chicken didn't have a good taste. It tasted like plain chicken that was bland. While waiting for the food, the customer service was excellent! There wasn't much seating but it's enough for this who wish to eat there food. I liked how they engage with the customers and the location of the establishment.
