Instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to blame me for their improper installation. They were also not upfront about the total cost until after the old roof had already been removed. Additionally, no waivers or disclosures regarding the installation were ever presented or signed. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company and believe you would be better off hiring a smaller contractor who provides better workmanship at a fraction of the cost. I also have numerous photos available for anyone who would like to review them before hiring this company.

My home is a historic structure, so we ran into a roadblock when the historic committee in the area blocked the building permit. Precision immediately wrote a letter to my insurance company and Jeff from Precision came with me to the committee meeting and presented our case. We were approved.
