We have a house built in 1875 in Grand Ledge and Ray and JC did a very nice job designing and installing our new 18 windows in a manner that the house retained it's classis home look. We have been in this house for 23 years and these are the first windows we've ever had installed in this house and what an amazing difference the new windows make in light and we look forward to opening the windows in the spring and summer most our old windows had several layers of paint and were in operable. Excellent education on the product. No salesmen, you meet with the owner and he knows his product because he designed it and owns the factory that manufactures the windows. We replaced 17 windows in our 1950's home including 3 large picture windows. Installation was top notch and completed by a master carpenter. Ray Albert and his team are very professional, friendly and efficient. JC came out on a Sunday, removed old windows and replaced with the new ones, restored inside molding and caulked then cleaned up in 1 day. He came on Monday with Pat and spent all day installing facing; finished job on all 8 windows in record time. Ray kept abreast of all phases of project despite a loss to his family.
