I have had this carpet placed in almost every classroom and office space as an educator. It was filthy, especially around the fringes. Although I would vacuum it and sweep it, the wear and tear of the years inside a classroom took its toll. Last year after we had to leave for the massive stay at home orders, I cleaned my room and took things to a storage because I knew I would move to another school in the fall. I rolled up the rug and threw it into a storage facility. Well, I did not think to wrap it in plastic because I never had before and the rug was fine for another school year, but this particular time, moths had found their way to my rug and had a field day. Jonquil Carpet Cleaning & Restoration knew exactly what to do and then some. They treated the carpet, cleaned the fringes on the sides to a state that looked as if the rug was new, and it was a reasonable price. I am so pleased. I would recommend this company any time for its quality of work and wonderful customer service, especially dear Rose!

As first time homebuyers, we did not know much about carpet, or how much this project would cost. Salim was very understanding of that, and walked us through our options. The color we ended up choosing turned out beautifully with the house. We were very pleased at the quality and the swiftness of the project. Would definitely recommend them for anyone considering a carpet project! The entire process turned out so much better than expected. Salim made what could have been a very stressful project, very simple and easy, and a great learning experience.

The project was to remove the popcorn ceiling and repair/replace the damaged walls. Melvin reached out to me shortly after and requested some photos of the damaged area. Shortly after sending the photos, he provided me with a quote and he was ready to start the project the following day. I actually wanted to start about 4 days later because I was waiting on a few other quotes. In addition, before I send a deposit to someone that I just exchanged a few messages with, I wanted to meet with him and discuss the project and get an idea if he knows what he was doing so we arranged to meet 3 days after in person. Melvin was on time for out meeting, which is always a good sign for me. I was surprised that he was so young, however, based on our discussions, it was clear to me that he was very knowledgeable about drywalls and felt confident that he could get the job done. I paid my deposit and we set the date to start. Again, Melvin and his team were on time for the project. He used plastic to partition off the work area to minimize the transmission of dust to the other rooms. The repair took 4 days. At the end of each day, Melvin walked me through the status of the project and what steps were outstanding. I was very happy with the results of the work. The pricing on the project was affordable. I was most impressed with Melvin's professionalism, especially for a young guy. I will definitely keep his contact information as it took me a while to find a suitable contractor for this project.
