This is an investment rental property and I hadn't been to the house in a while, and when selecting the colors from the HOA approved color palettes, I picked the wrong one. I didn't want to change the color, so I sent him all of the palettes, and he did a BEAUTIFUL job - I had selected the higher quote so that I don't have to redo it for years, and it turned out to be gorgeous.
