Eric was great to work with due to his knowledge, responsiveness and attention to detail. I was selling my home due to a divorce and I found that he handled the quirks that come with selling under those circumstances very well. He was direct without being pushy and assertive without being "salesy" which I truly appreciated. Eric and his team get results!

She suggested strategies and sales prices but when acceptable offers failed to come in, she never urged me to lower my price or to hold firm either. She kept me constantly informed of showings, buyer reactions, informal offers, and thereby let me discover the correct price I would need to accept if I expected a sale. Getting exposure of city row houses is difficult in a crowded market. But besides MLS, she placed advertisements and promoted my properties through investor mailing lists. When offers came in, they were usually incomplete. Kyle was meticulous in assuring that every detail of every contract was clear and complete, leaving nothing to interpretation. Kyle turned out to be a pro who got the job done.

After several years closely researching suburbs surrounding Baltimore we settled on our desired location in Lutherville-Timonium. Takashi is an excellent buyer's agent and operated with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail through the entire home-buying process. His ability to share knowledge was incredibly valuable across all elements of the transaction. He started by carefully tailoring the search to our criteria and showed us many homes that had potential to be "the one". This process quickly helped us eliminate properties that weren't the right fit --- the right mix of style, yard, and local community. Takashi worked closely with us to ensure we submitted a competitive offer, went through all pre-closing due diligence, and helped us arrive at settlement confident that no stone was left unturned. We were able to achieve many meaningful concessions that made the difference moving forward with our home purchase. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Takashi to friends and family - he is a huge asset to our community and all clients he serves.

He really wanted the best for us; he listened to us, understood our needs and wishes, and searched exhaustively through listings in Baltimore City and County. As a result we only needed to look around for a couple of weeks. He has been very helpful even after we moved into the new house, occasionally checking in on us by emails, and giving us advice on how to fix minor problems in the house, etc. What I appreciated the most about Takashi is that he is a truly honest person, and we could trust him 100%. Unfortunately, this isn't always the case with realtors because there are realtors whose priority is to get buying/selling deals asap and make money, or selectively cater to people who buy/sell expensive houses that yield high closing costs. UPDATE IN JUNE 2016: We loved the house that Takashi helped us buy in 2014, but we ended up relocating to Seattle for work in 2016. We asked him to help sell the house, and we are so glad that we used Takashi's service again. He is very knowledgeable and supportive, and has been helpful in walking us through each step, explaining how things work, what's at stake with option A vs. option B, etc etc. In other words, he really helped us make our decisions, instead of making decisions for us. This made us feel very confident in what we were doing. He is also very dedicated and spends a lot of time with his clients; he did a lot of open house for us, which helped us find a buyer in a very short period of time. I'd recommend him to anyone, and especially for first time buyers/sellers who may not be familiar with the entire process.

From day one, he truly listened to our needs and gave thoughtful recommendations about what would be a good long-term investment versus what might end up being a money pit. He wasn't the type to push for a quick sale--in fact, he pointed out property damage and issues we might've missed on our own, which really built our trust. He stood out among all the other real estate agents we attempted working with. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we ended up getting our top-choice home in just eight days! The process was seamless from start to finish. Even recently, when we needed to relocate, Peter offered to help us find renters and has continued to be supportive. We'll absolutely be working with him again when it's time to sell. As first time home buyers, we felt we got amazing value for the services provided. Highly recommend Peter and the Red Cedar Real Estate team for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, genuine, and reliable agent.

The best way to describe Peter and Red Cedar is high touch, white glove - concierge service. Peter knew the market and had a powerful team of equally adept realty professionals. Nothing happened without Peter's knowledge and he always focused on what was best for us: Initially meeting through closing. Here's where the professionalism goes to another level - Peter builds relationships with his clients, throws mixers, and checked up on us a couple of times per year. And, he DIDN'T ASK US FOR THE NEXT DEAL each time he subtly checked in on us over 5 years! He and his team cares about you - long term not just to get a sale. After 5 years of relationship building, we called Peter and the Red Cedar team for support. He came over. We completed representation paperwork, his AMAZING 360 degree Ariel and interior video/photography genius turned up and transformed our house into a buyer's beacon that sold our home within 24-48 hours of posting - FULL PRICE OFFER!!!! This is Red Cedar - all day long. After getting an offer, Peter and his team coordinate every document, appointment, and follow-up like a well oiled machine. The signing appointment was completely painless without any hiccups in the paperwork or payout - again, Peter and Red Cedar are professionals and the service providers (Ex. So what a welcome relief when I inquired about a property to have Josh contact us within literally five minutes and offer to show us the property at our earliest convenience. Needless to say he was a full service realtor. He not only took my ENDLESS suggestions and scheduled us to see over 25 properties but he was tireless in suggesting other properties that we might be interested in after patiently listening to what we actually wanted. Once we found our dream house the service didn't stop. He was there with us through the home inspection and not only highly responsive to emails but any question you had he would find the answer and get back to you within 24 hours.
