He was always prompt and punctual for showings which i very much appreciated, but he was also very friendly, professional, energetic, and honest. It was very clear that he worked very hard, as i was not an easy person to please with many needs and wants on my list for a new place to rent in a city i dont know. Jacob went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of any normal duty of any real estate broker ive ever worked with. He arranged over 20 showings in a 3 day period and dragged me all over the city showing me great places to go and eat and looking for an apartment.
