We wrote our own vows, so that was my biggest area of concern (and I was right - I didn't remember anything he said because I was SO EXCITED to be there!) After finding Mike and expressing to him our budgetary concerns (and the fact that my fiance wasn't 100% sold on the idea of a video) he was very friendly and patient. He gave me a quote, but also gave me time to think about it. When we finally booked, he only took 10% of the cost as a deposit (low compared to other vendors I booked/have worked with in the past) which was a really appreciated. As we got closer to the day, he asked to meet for a one-on-one meeting to go over exactly what we wanted. He was very personable and easy to get along with - he put my fiance at ease about the video and listened to everything we asked for. On the day of the event, he was like a ghost (in a good way). I rarely saw him or his second shooter, but he managed to capture every moment perfectly. He gave us an accurate expectation of when we would have the video after the wedding, but was also polite/friendly when my mom and I emailed/text him to ask when it would be ready leading up to it. When we did get the video, my husband and I were so happy I can't even put it into words! He did EXACTLY what I asked for - I had a very specific style I was looking for and he nailed it. In short - I would recommend Cerious Productions 100% (and actually already have!) to anyone looking for videography.

Our video is already done so their turnaround is quick in comparison to other videographers. I appreciate how straightforward, transparent and direct they are with their packages and prices. They don't pitch and pressure you like a car dealership like other places. As far as editing, video quality and style, it's beautiful and worth every penny, which in itself, is reasonable and very competitive. The highlight reel is absolutely perfect to show family and friends without boring them with hours of footage, we can save that or ourselves and our parents. They somehow captured all of the important moments, even the ones we weren't aware was going on. John gave great direction to get the best possible video that you specifically wanted and was dressed very professional. There literally isn't a single thing I can complain about. I can't thank Memory Lane enough. They are invaluable if you want to capture moments in time. Pictures are beautiful and great, but would you prefer a picture of your kids first steps, or a video?

They communicate everything and really are pleasant to work with. The team was friendly, fun, funny, and filmed our entire wedding flawlessly. Also, they know how to blend in at the event so you can relax and not feel like you're always on the spot! Everything will feel natural so you can truly enjoy your time and still capture the best moments. I really encourage others to purchase their best package because you will get all the little bonus footage and video angles that really make it special. It is worth it! The value of quality for this service is excellent. They create such a cinematic masterpiece that you will want to share with everyone you know. Thank you, Memory Lane Video LLC!!

Ryan and Jennifer were like wizards - magical outcomes haha. I had colleagues commenting on the quality and candidness of the photos. Our town is fairly small, so I broadened my search to include Vegas. (Because, you know, Vegas.) I still didn't see anything I liked, so I searched for "fashion photographers" instead. That's when Square Shooting came up. At this point, I should probably mention that I'm really picky. I've worked with plenty of photographers and have seen my share of actor's headshots (both good and bad). So yes, I was looking for something way beyond a college kid with a nice camera. Luckily, I found Square. Ryan and Jennifer are total pros. They're creative, fun and have great personalities. That last bit is especially important because authors aren't known for being at ease in front of the camera. Amazingly, my wife actually had fun. Their studio is top-notch (and convenient). Oh, and they're absolute experts at lighting and posing. (When we were done and the regular lights came on, it was kind of amazing to realize how good we all had looked.) They also arranged someone fabulous for hair and makeup, so bonus points for their creative circle. Bottom line is we love the shots. And "we" includes my wife who probably hasn't liked a picture of herself since she was 8. Jennifer and Ryan have also put a lot of effort into post-production touch-ups. Not that my lovely wife needed any touching up, but let's say hypothetically if she had a wrinkle somewhere, they could have fixed it. I can't say enough good things about Square Shooting. I'll definitely be using them again.
