Today I attended the Herb Planting Class at Kospia Farms. First I want to comment that with…read moreeverything going on at the Farm today in celebration of Mothers, it was very well organized. Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Then to top it all off they gave us a handout that covered trimming, drying and pairing herbs as well as a few recipes! A wonderful experience! Thank you for making my Mother's day extra special!

I have been a Myster's customer for several years and have always be happy with their flowers…read more Recently, I stopped in for my bedding plants. I had hoped to get some advice as to what colors and varieties would work in my planters. I am not good at this and always appreciate help. I have eight large planters to fill along with some flowers to plant in ground. When I approached a woman holding a hose, outside one of the greenhouse, I asked if she could assist me. She said "no,I must get these plants watered or they will die". I was some what shocked! I almost replied..."that's okay, I'll shop elsewhere", but I didn't as I did not want to be as rude as she had been. This was so unlike Mysters. maybe she was having a bad day...we all do, but you don't treat old customers, or new for that matter, like this! It was around 10:45 when we arrive and they were only open a short time. If you advertise your schedule as "open at 10", your flowers should be ready to go...not on the verge of dying due to lack of water. We walked the greenhouses and when we left, the hose was laying on the ground as the woman was no where to be found. Guess the flowers were no that dry. Very disappointed in Mysters. I have to give some thought if I will return.

She called me back immediately and said that we absolutely didn't receive the black mulch we ordered (it was more brown) and that they would like to make it right. The place is about two miles down the road on the lefthand side. This is a true diamond in the rough. It's not much to look at and the hours are limited, but if you have a hardscaping project be sure to come here. This place carries a large selection of pavers, concrete statuary, concrete planters and stones. They primarily carry overages from another location (where that is no idea), some items are seconds. What this means is two things: 1. If you see something you like buy it right there as it is unlikely you will see it again. and most importantly 2. The stuff is ridiculously cheap. We have been all over the Lehigh Valley looking for stepping stone pavers for a project. The cheapest ones we were able to find were $4-5 a piece. This place had pavers nearly twice the size that were only $2. Smaller pavers are $1 - a complete steal. My parents did a similar project last year and said the same exact pavers they bought for $1 were $5 at a big box store. The cheapest items are inside the inside fence, but everything is priced reasonably and it is unlikely that you will find anything that will break the bank unless it's absolutely huge. Note: I don't believe they take credit so bring cash! The woman who mans the place is quite a character and hangs out in an army type bunker on the property.

What a joke their name has BLUESTONE in it. They sold me defective Bluestone and would not even do…read moreme the decency to look at it. Its disintegrating into flakes and grey dust making my patio furniture dirty and ruining it. No matter how many times I work to take the flakes and dust off, it keeps flaking. I have bought bluestone that never flaked or failed in 30 years... Failed Bluestone is under cover so its not the elements of weather but we all know it took millions of years to make. The reviews on here and other sites are not recent. I thought I would support a local business. Spent $5K . They kept repeating to look at my invoice that tells me the products are natural with imperfections. Imperfections are one thing but flaws and failure are another. To sell a defective product is not right. I expect a replacement for the failed pieces but of course, they hung up on me and never addressed my grievance.
