I wanted to start my seeds for the garden in the basement and went to the above named store to see what kind of light i would need (assuming he was a professional). He pulled out a catalog and said we need this "T8 Flourescent Grow Bulb" They are sold 2 bulbs in one package but each bulb is separately priced at $14.95 each. Tax and total $31.69. Once we brought it home,Tom looked at it and said it was just a regular daylight bulb you can buy at Tri-County. We then went to Tri-County and found the EXACT bulbs in a double pack for $10.47!! YES that is correct. So we went back to the Hydroponics place and the guy said he can only give us a store credit and we should of investigated before we made the purchase and he does not give cash returns and points to high on the wall near the exit, NOT ON THE BIG COUNTER TOP OR ON OUR RECEIPT. He then became very irate and failed to make it right. I did not want a store credit and I will NEVER NEVER go back. If i go into Tri-County and ask advice they will help and if it happens to be incorrect they take it back. So people you tell me, is there such a thing as a T8 Flourescent Grow Bulb and he ordered the wrong one? Either way he failed to listen to reason and make it right. Please re-post.
