Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Word of CAUTION: The same as many plants sold at the Bog Box stores and nurseries - many of these plants may be toxic to your kids or pets. Do not plant them where your kids or pets can reach them. Many of the plants can only be grown in tropical areas or indoors in a greenhouse. Please do your research before purchasing. The paw-paw is a great tree to grown in the greater Lehigh Valley area. The pepper plants can do well during the growing season here. Baobab trees may only grown houseplant size inside your home despite the ability to grown huge in the African plains. There is one banana species that can grow in a wind protected area in the Easton are provided it is wrapped up during the winter. The coffee plant will be a real conversation item - just don't let the pets eat it.This is a one of a kind seed and plant place.

The place is about two miles down the road on the lefthand side. This is a true diamond in the rough. It's not much to look at and the hours are limited, but if you have a hardscaping project be sure to come here. This place carries a large selection of pavers, concrete statuary, concrete planters and stones. They primarily carry overages from another location (where that is no idea), some items are seconds. What this means is two things: 1. If you see something you like buy it right there as it is unlikely you will see it again. and most importantly 2. The stuff is ridiculously cheap. We have been all over the Lehigh Valley looking for stepping stone pavers for a project. The cheapest ones we were able to find were $4-5 a piece. This place had pavers nearly twice the size that were only $2. Smaller pavers are $1 - a complete steal. My parents did a similar project last year and said the same exact pavers they bought for $1 were $5 at a big box store. The cheapest items are inside the inside fence, but everything is priced reasonably and it is unlikely that you will find anything that will break the bank unless it's absolutely huge. Note: I don't believe they take credit so bring cash! The woman who mans the place is quite a character and hangs out in an army type bunker on the property.

I have a dog who is a service dog and this was the second time I was there with my dog. This time…read morethe older women said to me you need to leave with your dog I told her no I don't she's a service dog and she proceeded to say if I let my dogs loose you don't want to know what they will do to your dog get it out of here. The other older man was also rude and told me to leave because her leash and harness didn't say service animal and I told him I had her card and he didn't wanna see it so I humbled them and went outside and reported them for not abiding by the disability law. They also are extremely arrogant and I felt threatened by the older women. I would seriously not recommend this business!!
