I went to Monarch looking for a desk for my home office. Typically, I would go to Ikea to get…read moresomething that would just get me by. This time I wanted to get something of quality knowing the desk would hold up to daily use, look professional and hopefully last a lifetime. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by John who would be my salesman. I explained to him what I was looking for and what I needed the desk to have. The store didn't have exactly what I wanted but they had enough there to give me a good idea of what was possible. John understood what I wanted, and we soon started putting together plans for a custom build. Since the desk would be a hand built, I was given a build time of 6-8 weeks. It took about 10 weeks. There were a few loose ends that needed to be figured out after the order was placed. All communication between Monarch and myself to figure out these issues was always clear and quick. On the day of delivery, the drivers called me and said when they should arrive. They arrived on time and were very polite, quick and professional. I was a little nervous about buying this desk without seeing it first but when it was all set up, I was very impressed. It was exactly what I had imagined and couldn't be happier with it. John called me soon after the delivery happened to make sure I was satisfied with the piece. I would recommend Monarch to anyone who is looking for quality furniture and great customer service.
