Well, the items are all under lock and key so they have a QR code to scan so an employee can unlock the cases with the various tools. I did this, waited 10 mins then looked around and asked for help. 3 different employees told me someone would assist me shortly... 20 mins later- nothing. So, we just left the store. It will be a long time before I go back, if ever. I would up ordering the items from Amazon... they'll be here tomorrow. This is why Amazon wins.
