After signing the contract on 11/14/19, They let us take the car home even though the financing hadn't went through yet. 4 days later they asked us to come back and sign a new contract because the bank changed the terms of the agreement. On 11/20, I put up a bad review on google. They actually got pissed and called my boyfriend to threaten him. They said that if I didn't take the bad review down and give them 5 stars, then they would take the car back. I swear that crap has to be illegal! It is now 11/21 and the financing still has not been approved yet. They are super shady and unorganized. And I didn't appreciate how long we had to wait. When you 1st walk through the door you have to wait a long time before someone even acknowledges you. I do not recommend this place and will NEVER purchase anything else from them. Also they never disclosed the body damage on the car. It had a big dent in the car plus scratches on the bumper. They claimed they knew nothing a out it and refused to fix it.

No one will give you a contact number for the owner, all they ever say when you ask for the owner is they have no way to contact him and he never comes in. One guy told me they don't have a owner. Beware. I would buy a car off western before I ever spend another dime here.
