Took the time to discover what I wanted and helped me try on so many dresses. I've narrowed down my search and have a general idea of what I want. I will be returning to this shop the next time im in town to check out their new merchandise. I still have quite so time and Lori was understanding and was not pushy at all. Jennifer was also in the store to help and she too was really nice to work with! I love that she makes notes of my top picks and will be following up via email to provide me with the dress information. I came back on the second day with a list of dresses that I saw on line and again, she was super helpful! I highly recommend this store and I can't wait to continue to work with Lori! Parking is far from the venue with no handicapped parking. Extreme grades and it was storming on…read moreour arrival. I was very frightened to walk to the chapel and back to the car. Bad signage to find the restrooms. No handicapped bathrooms. Chapel and grounds are beautiful. But I never want to go back there.

After stating his quoted price was out of my budget, he asked what my budget was. I answered with an amount $250 less than his price. He said "You might check with your church." Very unaccomadating and not customer friendly. I would much rather pay a higher price for someone with good customer service.
