The teller promptly responded with PR's Cafe. This is a cute little cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a wide variety of baked goodies available to take home as well pies. The menu is choices is somewhat small, but everything we tried on it is amazing. The first visit we had the pan fried Turbot which was cooked perfectly with a light, crunchy breading. We also had the steak sandwich. It really is a steak sandwich, with an actual steak on bread. It was tender and juicy. The service was genuine and friendly. Based on our first experience we decided to try it again and like the first time, everything was great. This time my wife had the big breakfast, which included bacon, eggs, sausage, hash browns, mushroom, tomato, and toast. Did I say big breakfast? I had the American burger. Super juicy, and messy. It fell apart in my hands, that's how juicy it was. Yummy. If we are lucky enough to find our way to Westport again someday we will be sure stop here.

We sat down and asked for water, to which our waitress commented that we can pour the water ourselves, pointing to a container and some glasses on a table next to us. Meanwhile the table who sat in front of us and every single table who sat after us (4 tables in total) were served cold bottles of water and glasses. Nobody else had to fetch their own. And when I spoke to the waitress at the end of our meal she apologized, but gave some excuses: -the self serving containers were meant for everyone -that the table who sat before us got water because they made a reservation -the tables who sat after us (literally 5 minutes after us) received water because "it started to get hot" She told me not to take it personal. I do not accept your apology because this was not a mistake you made, its intentional. You targeted us because we are Asian. I thought back on it and maybe it was because of our age - but it's not because the couple who came right after us was definitely younger. Shame on you and Bay House Cafe. Hopefully this review will make you all more self-conscious of how you should treat each customer fairly - not just ones with reservations and not ones who come after 11:12 when it's "hot".
