He is always kind, sincere, and takes the time to truly listen. He explains everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. Like many practices, they've had some staffing challenges, but honestly--who hasn't? I'm a business professional myself, and I know firsthand how difficult it is to find and retain good people these days. That said, my visit today was seamless. I arrived at 12:50 for a 1:00 appointment and was out by 1:30. The entire staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. I should have written this review a long time ago. After reading some of the negative reviews, I feel compelled to say this: people need to be patient. You don't know what another patient may be dealing with, and personally, I don't want a doctor who rushes through appointments. I appreciate a physician who takes the time to provide thoughtful, thorough care--and that is exactly what Dr. Canton does. Highly recommend.

My husband said could you please let me call the insurance company to verify. She was insistent that their system shows that we are in a grace period and she had to cancel. He offered to pay out of pocket. She said no because you have insurance. Well in their system we don't, so what's the difference who pays?! Dr. Canton, Deana is condescending and extremely rude to your patients. She is not putting your patients wellbeing in mind. We will not be returning after being so treated so badly.

It is relaxing just talking to her. She shows compassion and truly cares about you! I had an accident and needed an urgent referral and the staffs took care of my issue right away. I aslo needed some immunization and record for my immigration paper and they were prompt, gave me the follow-up phone call and a copy of my record in the mail (I did not even ask for any of this). Although I live in California, my mom lives in Florida & uses this medical group. I was recently in…read moretown & accompanied her to her scheduled appointment with nurse practitioner, Cathering Smith. The NP was ill & wore a mask. During the appointment, she lowered her mask to talk & was within 3 to 4 feet of us. Within a day & 1/2 my mom became ill. Very disappointed in this health pRoFeSsIoNaL? Why didn't she just stay home?? The appointment was a complete disaster. I inquired into my mom's meds, she on a statin & her cholesterol is 184!!! STATINS ARE A KILLER. I also inquired about the 40 mg of metformin she was on eventhough she is NOT diabetic. The NP had nothing to say. She only tried horrifically to push VACCINES. We said NO to Covid & FLU. THEN she tried pushing the shingles & the pneumonia shots!! This medical UNpRoFeSsIoNaL needs some retraining. It was PATHETIC. My mom didn't even know WHY she had an appointment. They told me they are proactive with their members & have them come in monthly. For what? To push their BIG PHARMA DRUGS down these poor uneducated seniors? I inquired as to my mom seeing a doctor because she felt like this dr (mom didn't realize she wasn't a doctor) didn't listen to her.
