Cook Chiropractic was able to get me in right away, even with the extra time needed as a new patient. They genuinely care about your whole well being. At the same time, they are very patient and allow you to lead your care schedule. My daughter is a multiple sport athlete and thoroughly loves going to Cook. I highly recommend that you join the family too

In turn the appointment lasted over an hour. (2) The doctor started with me and left the room to attend other patients leaving me attached to the stimulator for about 20 minutes with the alarm going off six times beyond the setting time. (3) I was prequalified by the VA , as the VA called them in turn Red Cedar called me validating approval and asking for a time. At the conclusion of my appointment the doctor went to the lobby to tell the clerk, to set an additional appointment for Friday and that cash should be the billing. This was in front of a full lobby of 6 people as I walked into lobby from the exam Room! The clerk set the appointment and the said to me the VA is bad with paying their bills we have to seek other payment method. Again this is with all eyes on me in the lobby. Terrible way of doing business! I told her you were contacted by the VA , you are one of their listed providers, they called you in-turn you called me and you now tell me you have a problem with VA restitution, then remove yourself from their list. She said ok she would talk with the Moses, I went home and canceled the next Appointment. Sad as I thought he was a nice professional!

But OMG some of the front desk ppl need to knocked down a notch or 7 with their attitudes. My daughter needed an appointment but the person on the phone said the her ped wasn't taking anyone for the rest of the day and didn't know when she would be open again. She recommended we go to PH UC so we did. I did file a complaint already with financial services (so that is done) and the pediatrician called me back to find out what happened and has already put in notes about the experience so it hopefully doesn't happen again. The snobby lady at the front desk with short blonde/white hair (old woman on first floor) got up from her desk when I was trying to check my daughter (after she cut me off several times) in to UC. The other lady (younger, long hair and nice) was checking me in after the crabtree left the desk. Then the old bag brought back someone from administration that repeated herself like a broken record with every question I asked. She was completely coached and wasn't even answering my question. They must be worried I will sue them, I would sure like to. I did video all of it. It was so disgusting how my daughter was treated and spoken to by the appointment coordinator. Anyway, we ended up going out to the car and skipping UC. For kicks, I tried calling pediatrics again and got AN APPOINTMENT literally minutes later since I was in the parking lot. We walked right up there and got checked in no problem. That lady on the first floor made a mountain out of a mole hill. Just do your damn job; pandemic crap is hard enough as it is. Stop the power trip already lady. If I find out her name I will be posting it here later.
