I arrived 2 hrs early for my appointment with my wife. When our time came, we interviewed with a nurse and we're left in an exam room. An hour and a half later, we were informed that Dr Ray had stepped out on an "emergency ", which evidently included lunch, as we saw her entering the lobby from the parking lot. My antidepressants and antianxiety meds backfired a few days later, ruining my life. Since then, all I have received is belligerent, and animosity from her and the front desk staff.
