But OMG some of the front desk ppl need to knocked down a notch or 7 with their attitudes. My daughter needed an appointment but the person on the phone said the her ped wasn't taking anyone for the rest of the day and didn't know when she would be open again. She recommended we go to PH UC so we did. I did file a complaint already with financial services (so that is done) and the pediatrician called me back to find out what happened and has already put in notes about the experience so it hopefully doesn't happen again. The snobby lady at the front desk with short blonde/white hair (old woman on first floor) got up from her desk when I was trying to check my daughter (after she cut me off several times) in to UC. The other lady (younger, long hair and nice) was checking me in after the crabtree left the desk. Then the old bag brought back someone from administration that repeated herself like a broken record with every question I asked. She was completely coached and wasn't even answering my question. They must be worried I will sue them, I would sure like to. I did video all of it. It was so disgusting how my daughter was treated and spoken to by the appointment coordinator. Anyway, we ended up going out to the car and skipping UC. For kicks, I tried calling pediatrics again and got AN APPOINTMENT literally minutes later since I was in the parking lot. We walked right up there and got checked in no problem. That lady on the first floor made a mountain out of a mole hill. Just do your damn job; pandemic crap is hard enough as it is. Stop the power trip already lady. If I find out her name I will be posting it here later.

When I returned again and chose a metal frame for the new lenses (which were well done), Nancy, the clerk worked quickly and efficiently to ensure the replacement glasses were promptly made and delivered and at no cost to me. What better service can one get than this: complete customer satisfaction! But this was nothing new to me as Shopko has performed exactly the same in all my previous visits to this store. I called the Chiropractor office where I had been going but I was told that since I did not follow what the Dr. had wanted me to do (An additional $2500 in services when all I wanted was an adjustment) that there clinic was not the clinic to help me. After calling several Chiropractic offices, I as given the same song and dance that I needed to have a full work up and treatment wouldn't being until the 2nd appt. All I wanted was to get adjusted! So, I came upon "The Forge Chiropractic" and Dr. Jacob Stoffel. He was more than accommodating. He actually appeared concerned for my wellbeing. I went in to his office which as very nice and greeted warmly. Dr. Stoffel spoke with me so he understood my circumstances and then put me through some screening tests. No x-rays or any of that bologny! He provided 3 avenues of treatment and allowed me to decide what I wanted to do. He then treated me the same day and I left there already feeling significantly better. Dr. Stoffel appears well read and certainly knows what he is doing. He did not try to "upsell" me or get me to commit to unwanted additional treatments. I strongly recommend Dr. Stoffel! He may have a new business in town but don't let that stop you from experiencing Chiropractic the way it is supposed to be!!
