So here is the deal... I woke up with an extremely sore back. No doubt that this was due to yard work and sleeping in an uncomfortable position. Thinking it would stretch out after a few hours of work..I thought it would be ok. After several hours the shoulders and neck stiffened more. I finished a meeting and happened to be driving by Cook Chiropractic and hoping to get in whipped in the parking lot for an unannounced adjustment.
