She has provided me the ability to let go of the most disgusting pain that i held inside…read more Resentment, and hatred. That's not who I was. I felt so lost from a raw and recent tragedy. I had NO where to turn. I found her by chance online. And she took me in right away!! and week after week i felt better and better! She understood me so clearly, even when i got ahead of myself because i had so much to say and i made no sense! She has the best advice. She has me thinking in completely different ways. I've made so much self progress. I'm less impulsive and less reactive. I find myself looking forward to my appointment day! I've been seeing her more then a year in the most comfortable environment ever, and she is sunshine! When her other clients are passing me when i come in and leave- we whisper to each other "she's the best!" And "i love her". I talk so much i lose myself and my point, she follows and keeps me on track. Her advice is something that leaves me repeating it in my head after i leave. She has made me see the most complicated situations, clear with a small phrase or a snazzy little point that makes perfect sense. After a year, she is still professional, consistent, and reliable. I was shocked when i discussed health and illnesses in my family, how much she knew about different things. She really just keeps shocking me really. There just isn't better! She's a women of honestly and fairness! She never ever cancels on me. When i met her, she was all I had. I never thought that day that i met her, that anyone could help me. I'm not saying all this crap for no reason. I am emotional and passionate about my appreciation. I am grateful for HER passion! I wouldn't feel this way if she wasn't doing her job this way!! I thank God she's in my life. To this very moment, this second i trust no one more then her. I run everything by her because i know she will be honest or offer other ideas. We go over different ways i can approach things and how different each outcome could or may be. If she has different ideas or beliefs, she does not push them on you or speak against what you believe! She's always kind and considerate. I can never explain the circumstance i was in when i met her, but i can say she's been my angel and i genuinely mean everything I've said. Everyone bonds differently with different people. But she's worth it to see if you mesh well as therapist and client. She's the best in my eyes. They don't come better than Susan!

Absolute NIGHTMARE of an experience!!! I have been experiencing a non-emergent mental health crisis…read moreand really needed to be seen by a provider (I don't have one right now bc I lost my healthcare and this seems to be one of the largest groups that take state). I finished my intake forms about a minute into my appointment time (my fault I know) and tried calling the office to let them know. I never got through to them and by the time somebody emailed me a link to the doxy page, the therapist refused to see me even though we were chatting on doxy and she had no clients?? I was extremely upset and nobody cared, bedside manner was horrific. Partly because I'm STILL on hold with the office! It has now been a cumulative 1 hr and 22 minutes that I have been on hold. The therapist I should have been seeing told me to call and reschedule.... how!?!?! Do not even bother.

Had some scheduling conflicts in the beginning. I originally made an appointment 2/3 weeks out and…read morefound out that the counselor was a recent grad. So I was able to change counselors. In total, I waited about six weeks for my appointment, only to be canceled on via text an hour before the second session. Therapist canceled on a Tuesday, asked if Friday was good, I have a time frame, just for her to say, "never mind, took the week off, I'll be in touch with you at the start of next week." When next week came, I waited until Friday and still did not receive a phone call to schedule an appointment for the missed session. I called the office end of day and expressed my concerns. The receptionist was super friendly and paired me with Tracy LaChapelle, who is absolutely AMAZING. I only had one session with her, but she called me the day before to introduce herself and go over expectations and any questions. I really appreciated this, because my first experience was NOT like this at all.... It takes a lot for some people to finally ask for help, and then when they ask for help, they can't get it because of things that are out of their control. I can't believe it's been about three weeks and that original counselor never even bothered to call/check up. That just triggered a whole bunch of emotions for me and I was left super upset and disappointed. I even asked to speak to an office manager/supervisor to just let them be aware of my unpleasant experience. I missed the call, called back and left a message two days ago but have not heard back yet. I guess who you get is a hit or miss. But definitely do your research on the counselors before making an appointment. My best advice is to ask questions about expectations on your first intake appointment. I am very grateful to have met Tracy and for the kind receptionist who paired me with her! If it wasn't for this experience, I would find a completely different office. Hope this helps.
