Professional, responsive, organized, and incredibly dependable. Every interaction was handled thoughtfully, and nothing ever felt rushed or overlooked. You can tell he takes the time to think through every step of the process. Of course there were a few hiccups along the way (there always are), but he handled everything with a level-headed, collaborative approach that made the experience smooth. If the industry is lucky enough to keep him, he's going to go far. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the Tampa/Clearwater area who needs a strong listing or buyer's agent.

If you are moving to the Tampa area--there is only one realtor to use--and that is Natalie Spencer of the Tampa Bay Realty Group. My experience with Toby (Louis Biondi) and Forever Florida Real Estate was beyond unacceptable. The…read moreneglect was extreme, the communication was awful, and the way they handled required repairs felt like they had zero regard for tenant safety or basic legal responsibilities. During move-out, things got even worse. The way my deposit, notices, and charges were handled felt shady, suspicious, and absolutely not aligned with what Florida law actually requires. Based on my documentation, several actions appeared to violate the timelines, disclosure requirements, and standards laid out in Florida Statute 83. Whether it was incompetence or something more serious, it felt borderline illegal from my perspective. In my opinion, this company operates with total disregard for the law, zero accountability, and an attitude toward tenants that is negligent at best and dangerously unprofessional at worst. If you rent from them, protect yourself: document everything, take photos of everything, and never assume they're following the rules. If you have any other option -- take it.

I rarely write reviews unless I am beyond impressed by a service. Levi Stubbs at Green Star Realty…read morerepresented me in the sale of my home. He is the real deal. He was very knowledgeable about the local and surrounding market and also gave me tips on how to prepare the house for showings. With Levi, he would listen to the price range you are considering selling and will give you his realistic opinion based on his vast experience and comps in the area. For me, this was in itself a sign that he knows his stuff and wants to ensure your house sells instead of languishing on the market due to being overpriced. My house sold at listing price, and he was there every step of the way diligently coordinating with the buyer's agent to facilitate the process until closing. A few things stood out for me: 1. He is very responsive and communicative - This alone is the single biggest reason why I feel he's hands down the best agent that I've encountered (I've had a couple of buy and sell in the past). I felt like he worked exclusively for me always responding to questions and calls right away or within minutes. 2. He was very useful with providing information for some contractors that could help with inspector-requested repairs 3. He was very pleasant to work with and just goes above and beyond for his clients. 4. He has substantial experience for when curveballs emerge at any point in the selling process. There were a few hiccups and that he was able to quickly provide guidance on how to navigate them and keep the deal moving along was truly impressive. I will definitely use him again if the need arises and I have already referred him to friends. If you are looking for a top-notch agent to sell or buy, consider Levi Stubbs and the Green Star Realty team. Seriously, it'll probably be the best decision you ever made.

That name was 360 Realty. He was so busy getting ready for the move so I made the initial calls and I must say, I was immediately impressed with their high level of professionalism and service. I really thought that this firm might be too good to be true but the more I communicated with them, the more I liked and appreciated all of the help that they were giving us to ensure that he would have a smooth transition. My nephew really appreciated how 360 Realty went above and beyond to provide him with so much information, even before his initial trips to Tampa. He was able to make a decision and find a great home. I truly believe that this could not have been possible without the true dedication and commitment of the 360 Realty staff. Hands down, they are truly one of the best realtors that I've ever encountered in my life.
