(-) Professionalism: They lack netiquette (communicate poorly) and are sporadic in terms of the amount of time needed to respond to inquiries (last email took a week, and only after I sent a follow up). Also unlike some other more modern firms they don't have a web portal or dashboard where you can retrieve certificates and relevant documents. Conclusion: There are a lot of other companies out there, I was able to find a MUCH better deal elsewhere. So in a way I'm thankful that Mynatt didn't work out.
