He was very knowledgeable about the local and surrounding market and also gave me tips on how to prepare the house for showings. With Levi, he would listen to the price range you are considering selling and will give you his realistic opinion based on his vast experience and comps in the area. For me, this was in itself a sign that he knows his stuff and wants to ensure your house sells instead of languishing on the market due to being overpriced. My house sold at listing price, and he was there every step of the way diligently coordinating with the buyer's agent to facilitate the process until closing. A few things stood out for me: 1. He is very responsive and communicative - This alone is the single biggest reason why I feel he's hands down the best agent that I've encountered (I've had a couple of buy and sell in the past). I felt like he worked exclusively for me always responding to questions and calls right away or within minutes. 2. He was very useful with providing information for some contractors that could help with inspector-requested repairs 3. He was very pleasant to work with and just goes above and beyond for his clients. 4. He has substantial experience for when curveballs emerge at any point in the selling process. There were a few hiccups and that he was able to quickly provide guidance on how to navigate them and keep the deal moving along was truly impressive. I will definitely use him again if the need arises and I have already referred him to friends. If you are looking for a top-notch agent to sell or buy, consider Levi Stubbs and the Green Star Realty team. Seriously, it'll probably be the best decision you ever made.

Greetings, I was…read morevery fortunate to be introduced to Jennifer through a close friend after mentioning that I was looking for a home in South West Florida. Jennifer not only found me a listing outside of her network, she also found a lender who locked in the best possible rate for a VA loan. The speed by which we closed the deal had to be a worlds record. Everything went like clockwork with only a few minor hiccups, none of which was on her end. She is very bright, extremely motivated and professional and detailed and I highly recommend using her services for any real estate transaction or ABNB. Note: This is not your normal real estate agent. She picks up her phone 24/7 and acts on your behalf in the best possible way. We closed the deal on my home in Venice, Florida last May. The house was a dream come true, a Key West Style home situated on the Myakka River close to the Gulf of Mexico with a boat davit an electronic hoist and we negotiated the boat as part of the sale. I couldn't have done this without her. Thank you Jennifer...Love Curt

We came across Tony Baroni's team and saw they had great reviews, so that's who we went with. We are so glad we selected this team for our home buying purchase and you will be too! They made the process so easy and they were wonderful to work with! Our team was Kate, Heidi and Ashley. From start to finish, they were just awesome. We were already slightly nervous about doing this process from across the country, but this team knew exactly what they were doing and they did it flawlessly. They were so easy to communicate with, very responsive and gave us so many options to look at. They knew the process inside and out and navigated the process with ease and perfection. Heidi was a total rockstar when it came to looking at homes for us. She did the video tours with us and sent recordings afterward so we could go back and look at the homes on our own time. I feel like at times we sent Heidi all over the place on a wild goose chase and she did it with grace, professionalism and a smile. She was very thorough and just awesome to work with. Kate... poor Kate! She is a real and true gem and helped us get the house of our dreams. Kate was always available, even for a late night text because of the time difference. Our closing process did not go smoothly, at all (nothing on the Keller Williams side, 100% the broker we used). Kate was a huge advocate for us and gave our broker the professional push he needed to get things done and was by our side 100% of the way. Kate is professional, an expert in her field and the kind of person you want on your team. Ashley was great too! Very communicative and super sweet. This is a dream real estate team. They will work hard for you, they are professional, courteous and go the extra mile for their clients. There's a reason why they have such wonderful reviews. Kate, Heidi and Ashley, thank you so much for making this home a reality and for taking such great care of us. We appreciate you and all of your hard work

Bottom line up front: If you value your time and money you need Kris Kennedy!…read more I'm a planner. When the Navy told my husband we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, I immediately started to research local area real-estate agents. Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, economics, and he is really good at marketing. He is also surprisingly pleasant to speak with and he's a very good communicator. He listened to me about what I wanted in home and he found me the perfect bungalow style home that I now love so much. I wasn't in a hurry to buy, but Kris called me saying I had to see this home because it was going to go fast. I had little expectations, but it was absolutely what I was looking for. There were multiple offers on the home, but Kris and I had the best offer. If it weren't for Kris' advise, care, and negotiating skills, I would have missed out on the perfect home. Kris also got my other townhouse I own rented for me at more rent than I expected and with only being on the market for 2 days! Whenever I am buying or selling a home again, I will make sure to call Kris, even if I am moving to another state. I am surprised Kris is not on a show like Million Dollar Listing. He is actually more handsome than those TV realtors.
