I was welcomed by the kind staff members and even got some great advice from the trainer. After I was finished with my appointments through Groupon; I wanted to utilize the chiropractic services that they offer. I have many friends and clients that tell me about the benefits of it and was excited to try it out myself. The nurse did XRays and brain scans to see what they would be working with and after that, I made the appointment for an adjustment. After once again, going over the dynamic of my bones/ body I was presented with a package/program that was around 2.5k. Although being a technician myself and knowing the benefits of healing treatments and taking care of your body I was hesitant to make such an investment - especially with never getting a service like this done before. I wanted to get an adjustment and see how I would feel and then come back around to the idea of the package, which even their nurse said was fine. She stepped out and let me know that the Doctor would be in to talk to me about everything a little more in detail. To my shock, I could hear the entire conversation outside of the door and could hear his frustration that I did not purchase this package. I was then greeted by, what felt like an extremely discontented businessman instead of a Chiropractic professional. Dr. Pat was belittling, aggressive, and had a horrible bedside manner. Instead of being informational or helpful, he made me feel stupid for being there. I will never be going back to this facility and I will not be recommending any of my connections to come here. It is a shame that Dr. Pat's aggressive personality reflects so poorly on their establishment.

The receptionists were extremely kind and helpful. Linda Bailey herself is exceptionally warm and supportive. I had wondered if toxins or some nutritional deficiencies were causing the some of the issues that I was having. I received my first set of the drops after the scan and was curious to see if I would notice a difference after taking them. Very quickly, my sleep became deeper. Though I felt more tired at first almost throughout the whole month of taking the drops, I felt it was my body detoxing, which I know needs energy too. My bowels had been a little sluggish before and that didn't change at this point. But I tried the scan a second time and we focused on more specific ailments I had and my energy was better, the bowels were better. I began with a series of stretching exercises to be done twice daily. After a number of weeks additional stretching exercises were added. Finally a series of upper and lower body exercises working with weights was added. About this time I saw my osteopath for the first time since she gave me the referral. Unsolicited she commented that my posture had improved and I was standing up much straighter. My range of motion, strength and flexibility have improved. I visited the facility on Monday, Wednesday and Friday over the course of 20 weeks. The staff is professional and is there to help each individual each step of the way. Rick Sidor, the owner, and his staff, Ben and Pat work to ensure each visit is successful. Visits are scheduled to maximize each appointment. My visits included treatments to my back when necessary because of tightness or soreness. For the last month or so of my visits, the treatments weren't necessary. First when he brings you in he gives you an X-ray to figure out what's wrong and he talks to you about it and tells you why you are hurting. Next he'll lay you on a chiropractor table and actually adjust you. He doesn't blame your weight or lifestyle and will help you and give you tips on how to improve your life.
