It was fine, but decided to visit CHH based on a friend's recommendation. This was our first visit, so we arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. Booked for a scalp, neck massage due to my migraines. I asked specifically when I booked if they do scalp and neck massages due to my migraines. They said yes, so I booked. Firstly, the massage therapist wore gloves, which was odd, and didn't feel too nice. Secondly, she didn't focus on my head and neck as asked. She mainly did my upper back, and worked out knots in between my shoulder blades, which was painful. I know it's tense, it always will be from my job... when I want a Swedish, please stop trying to do a deep tissue. It hurts and it leave feeling angry because I wanted to relax, not feel pain. She also hardly did my scalp and neck at all, and that was the ONE place she didn't apply pressure. I'll continue my search for somewhere else. read more

I scheduled a couples massage and salt cave session for my husband and I. My 60 minute massage with Caley was amazing!!! It was the perfect amount of pressure and she adjusted based on my requests. I love coming here and getting massages. The staff is friendly and the services offered provide people with many options that work for them. I've received the 90 and 60 minute massages and both options are phenomenal. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the music played in the background is so soft its enough to drift you to sleep of you choose to! Crystal's Healing Hands is a clean, comfortable facility with very friendly front desk staff. Awhile back I had massage with Candace who was also WONDERFUL. I highly recommend both Lori and Candace for anyone looking for a really great massage. They listen to your concerns, and thoroughly address them. Probably the least courteous staff I have experienced so far at a massage parlor. I called around 10:15am to schedule a 90min massage, as I was traveling on the road. A 1pm timeslot was suggested & I asked for anything earlier, perhaps 12:30pm. The receptionist said 12:45pm was available. Needless to say, I received a phone call at 12:35pm asking where I was for my 12:30pm appt. I reminded her that she had told me that time was not available. When I arrived a minute or two shy of 12:45pm, I was told there was not enough time for my service, which I had scheduled hours in advance & drove an hour out of my way to receive. Candace insisted I should have come early to fill out the paperwork, which literally took me a few seconds. Even though I told them I had never been there before, I was never told to arrive early for my appointment. Do yourself a favor & book with another business who cares more about customer communication & satisfaction, rather that this place that doesn't have their $#*& together. read more

William is a heaven sent massage miracle. My muscles flare up with any kind of massage which makes it hard for me to relax or even walk afterwards. William took the time and listened to me which I have never had in my experiences with other massage therapists. He showed me stretches that I can do before and after my sessions that can help and aide in better relaxation and sleep. I 100% recommend him and this establishment! read more

This is the best massage establishment in Roanoke! Crystal and her staff know their stuff. I have dealt with neck and shoulder pain for 20 years and have been to other massage places. I had my first ever massage here today with Lori and I really enjoyed it. I got the 60 min Groupon and it was well worth the money. As an athlete my muscles are always very tense and she focused on my trouble areas to help relieve a lot of tension. She made me feel very comfortable and had a good playlist that was very relaxing. Came in for the massage special. The Swedish massage was really relaxing. You walk in, fill out your paperwork, and are escorted to a back private room. The place was very clean and they offered you water as you entered and left. My only complaint that could change with more experience (since the guy was new) was to better understand how to take the guest back because you want the whole experience to be relaxing, not confusing.
