I went to the wax bar straight afterwards because I wanted to cry at my nails. They gave me an appointment for the sat morning although I think they got me in after I showed them my nails. They were a joke. I felt sorry for them also as it's not nice having to put some one else's work right. They had no problems with this and just wanted to put them right for me. Sat morning and the service, the treatment was first class here in the wax bar. The girls were lovely and I think they were all pleased including me with the end result. They are now beautiful for a exciting and beautiful day on Monday. I could not be more thrilled with my nails. And this time I have shellac on my nails instead of nail Polish and a clear top coat that just came off with nail Polish. I am so so pleased I choose the wax bar and have to say they have gained a happy customer and I most certainly will go back. I also happened to pick up a price list of all the procedures they do so will definitely be taking some of these treatments up also. Needless to say I am walking on air now with my nails. I was able to book a massage appointment online, half an hour neck, shoulder and back massage. I paid when checking out and after the massage was finished. The online booking system is so simple and you can book any of the treatments they offer. Besides massage, they also do nails, waxing and toes etc. I had Zoe as my masseuse. She really tried to loosen up my neck. The treatment room was very relaxing. Lots of plants everywhere, even in the waiting room, on the walls and ceilings. I listened to soothing music whilst being treated. They also offer 6 treatments for the price of 5. Will I be back? Yes definitely!

SBL is owned and operated by Iram - who is great! So great in fact, I go about twice a month! (Iram used to work for a very popular/well known West End beauty boutique but decided to open her own business.) I regularly get my eyebrows threaded, manicures (shellac), and waxing done by Iram. For waxing (especially intimate waxing) - Iram is the best. She is so quick, makes it pain free, and is a perfectionist. She is also really keen to help you get into a routine to prevent any ingrown hairs and provides really good info on what to do at home and between treatments. My shallac manicures last at least two weeks and they rarely chip. (I usually get bored with the colour and get my manicure removed because my nails grow quickly!) I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 10 years and am super picky. Iram knows what is good for your face and adjusts the threading treatment appropriately. Iram also specialises in other beauty treatments, such as: eyelash extensions, eyelash tinting, make up application and spray on tans. One of things I really like is that SBL is text you receive a text a day before your treatment, which is a great reminder. I highly recommend Iram! (Just hope she doesn't get too busy now!)

The staff are all very welcoming and you are greeted with a smile when you enter the salon. The decor is very nice, with harmonizing colours and unusual finishes, like glittery wallpaper (doesn't sound tasteful, but it is!) I booked an eyebrow wax, and the therapist took time to talk me through exactly what I wanted and advised me on my eyebrow shape. I was very impressed with her knowledge and customer care seems to be high on the agenda. The therapist made me feel at ease, talking through the treatment but not chewing my ear off! She took time to ensure that the treatment was carried out properly and I didn't feel it was being rushed at all. At the end of the treatment she showed me the end result and gave me advice on maintaining the shape. Overall my experience with Get Nailed was very positive and I will definitely return for more pampering!!

The owner uses hard wax and its soooo much less painlful than the strip wax I've had in the US for my lady bits. I highly recommend going to Sinwaxing!
