This place has the absolute best water in town. Mike is a fine individual and always helps us fill our waters when he sees we are overwhelmed. He offers great prices and the entire store is clean and filled with beautiful plants. The water is filtered through a very intense processing unit which cleans it of pretty much all impurities. Mike is very knowledgeable about water chemistry and knows how to avoid those microplastics and chemicals we don't want in our bodies. Highly recommend! read more

For plants & water it can't be beat. You can bring your own bottles and fill them up inside or out. I usually go in as they have plenty of spigots. I've been going here for years. My son used to buy his water here when he had his own mobile detail business. The water has a wonderful taste and if it were possible I'd fill my swimming pools with it. They have special "deals " on warter, you just need to ask, "hey!, what's the 'special' deal. Some of the prices are posterd, but like In-n-Out burger they have a secret menu, that's all I'm gone say about that. Just ask. read more

I've lost count of how many years I've been coming here. At least 15 years. It is a joy to support this small family business. Their ethics are honest and fair and it's been sweet to watch Mikes family grow in our quick catch up sessions over the years as I get my bottles filled. He is knowledgeable about his trade and I appreciate how he shows his passion by sharing his knowledge. I appreciate the prepaid option so as my kids have each gotten their licenses, getting water has become their chore and they can just walk in and get it and go. This shop is also my go to place to get house plants. He keeps a variety on hand even though they sell out quickly. read more

I have been coming to this water store since I moved to Hemet 7 years ago. I have a hard time drinking water from other places or store bought. it's like my body rejects it. However since I've been getting my water from Mike I am able to drink as much as I want with no stomachaches, nausea, or just a filling of heaviness. Mike Gonzales (owner) has quite possibly the best family run business in Hemet. My wife and I have been going here for over three years, and even now, that we live on the other side of town still come to Mike's store. The store is clean and well organized. He has plants on display and plenty of them, if not all, are for sale. He has water dispensers and crocks, a full line of water bottles for refills ranging from 1 gallon up to 5 gallon and he has bp free bottles for purchase that you can use for hiking or walking; even ones that I've considered using at work during the summer. He has a self service station on the outside of the building when you need to refill bottles after hours, as well as, a self service station, full service station and alkaline options inside the store. Mike has had one price increase in the entire we've been doing business with him. To be honest, it didn't really increase by that much because of his convenient refill account options. He is running a business, but, you can tell he is more satisfied in providing a service for the community than making a profit. It's not cheap to run a business in this town, and the city doesn't make it any easier on good people like Mike. I tell everyone to shop with The Water Store, and I hope all of their customers appreciate them as much as my wife and I do. read more

Great tasting water. The tap water in hemet is hard and full of chlorine so I have always filled 5 gallon water containers with clean water. After filling at several places around town I have found this water supply best. Also the owner is very nice and accommodating. Thanks read more

My husband and I have been buying our water here for about 3 years. The taste of their water can't be beat by any one else. When you bring your bottles to be filled, they sanitize them first. The owners are also very friendly and will try to accommodate your needs. My knee was hurting me when I went to refill my bottles, and could stand for a short time, they said to sit in my car and they will bring the filled bottles to me. Wow now that's service with a smile. I highly recommend this place to ant one who loves great bottled water, and I also believe in supporting our local businesses. read more

The gentlemen here was very rude (not the senior man) to my mother in law. She asked for a towel to clean the top of the bottle that fell on the floor. It not like he had one right next to him but He gave her a small piece of napkin, and my mother in law said come on one more, please. He told her 50 cents! It's just shocking because he has the most serious face. You would believe he will say oh just kidding, well nope! Such a discriminating man! That man can shove that napkin somewhere else. Don't forget god works mysteriously. A Rude man with the worst service and it's either obvious he hates his job or living off that poor elder man. read more

Absolutely, the worst drinking water company I have ever used! The employee refused to fill up my new 5-gallon water bottles. because they were bought at WalMart. The employee was discriminating, and rude. The water bottles were new, closed, and still had they plastic seal on them. All he had to do was follow the same rinsing procedures, he uses on any other container. I will NOT be a returning customer to this facility. read more

Rude! The owner, Mike was very rude one morning after I tried to make conversation. I've been a loyal customer for about a year. His Father, who sits behind the desk, is friendly & kind. His wife is very friendly & kind. Anyone who runs a business knows you can't expect customers to do business when the Owner is rude.
