When Ken received my service request for water filtration, he was visibly disturbed by what we were dealing with and personally came first thing in the morning to address the issue. Ken educated me that simple filtration was not enough, that by trying to filter something like this you actually just create a breeding ground for the parasite/bacteria. That can be seen in my washing machine filter that just acted like a catch bowl for them. He made it clear that I needed a complete treatment system to kill everything before being filtered. Ken assured me he could fix it and provide me with amazing water. He did not disappoint. My water is now so good you can drink from the shower or even the toilet tank. Taking a shower in it is like nothing I have ever experienced, the feeling is beyond description. You must feel it for yourself to understand, and to that point I tell everyone that comes over to take a shower because it is life-changing. Shampoo and conditioner are not even needed. As for drinking it, wow! Voss water is pond scum in comparison. You have not had bottled water this good! Even our ice cubes from our cheapo ice maker come out clear. This is truly a mind-blowing experience in a great way. Because the water is so clean our toilets, faucets and shower heads stay totally clean; no calcium, no redness, no toilet ring, ever! I didn't even know! So I'm not happy about my unexpected expense (side-eye to Rheem) but I think I received a great price from PV to get a new one installed. I TRULY cannot recommend PV plumbing enough!! AIDAN AND CARTER ARE JUST SO AMAZING!! save yourself the aggravation and just call PV plumbing (the company that installed my previous heater just back in April of 2023 may have been the reason my heater failed) he used the same old parts but NOT PV plumbing! Turns out my water heater was 12 years old (I had just purchased my house). He recommended I replace it, but was never pushy. He gave me different brand options based on my financial situation. He also repaired my toilet that wasn't properly bolted to the floor. It turned out to be a more extensive repair than I had previously thought. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was on time, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost (plumbers can be expensive!) but I felt the service and time he spend was fairly priced! I will only be using Water Heaters and More from now on!
