As I previously mentioned I take care of my elderly Mother's affairs. Today I received a "Premium Notice" in the mail for my Mother's Medicare Supplemental plan from an insurance company who's name did not "ring a bell" with me. I thought that it might be a scam. So I E-mailed Karl and his assistant Debbie at 5:14 PM on this Friday, not expecting to get an answer until at least Monday 2/6. I received an E-mail back from Karl at 6:48 this evening (less than two hours later,for those of you that are not good at math) explaining that the company had in fact changed it's DBA (Doing Business As) name since I initially signed her up and assuring me that this was NOT a phishing scam from a company that I did not recognize.
