So we went in to enquirer about the rentals. We went on a Saturday, but needed the truck Sunday. The owner, Bill Reynolds, was wonderful. He explained everything about the rental to us as well as reserved the truck for us free of charge. When we came to pick it up we joked some more and he walked us outside to the truck. Bill had a staff of about 4 working, but he as the owner made it is business to take us to the truck and record the information! It was a pleasure to have met Bill. Bill's store offer tax service, car insurance, and truck rentals. If you need anything in this capacity I suggest giving Reynolds & Reynolds a try.

I had a car accident a few months ago- my car was totaled by a motorcycle ion a wet road, and Allstate just dropped me! I guess I was costing them too much. No tickets, ever, but an accident that I am still being treated for, mainly neck pain and headaches. All Kevin sent me was info on E-Health! Thanks a lot! No reasons why I got dropped, and no "sorry"; just a useless bit of info I can get from any agent. Which won't be Kevin, and if you've had any issues with Allstate, please share it online! You are most certainly NOT "in good hands". The hands that take your cash, but drop you if you cost too much. It makes me angry and pretty disturbed by our sorry insurance system.

I went for insurance and without even asking me if I had the money to cover the premium Hillary at Lighthouse signed me up for a loan with Capital Payment Plan. She couldn't even tell me who my insurance carrier was because she put me in an "assigned risk" category so she could offer me a cheaper rate. If you look on their desks they have foot tall piles of invoices for Capital Payment Plan and they also have mugs and desk decorations with that logo as well. When I tried to cancel she told me it was done but it wasn't and they kept billing me. It took 3 months of calls and emails to fix it. They are taking advantage of innocent people who just aren't aware of how insurance brokers should work. When I questioned Hillary about it she tried to tell me this is just "how it works ". Lighthouse insurance is a broker. Call any other broker and ask if this is "how it works". It's not. They are scamming people. I lost about $700 dealing with them.

I got a letter a few weeks ago that I was losing my glass coverage due to "excessive claims." Very weird so I dove into this and found that the claims were popping up incorrectly because my Father and I have the same name. His Geico agent sent me a letter dating and proving the claims were for him and had nothing to do with me. I was also told it was told I have to wait until claims fall off after a certain amount of time which we were now outside of that window but the woman on the phone said "well I am not just going to re run the report again, try back in 6 months." Now I go start shopping policies with other agents, I can't go to SF agency because they don't allow that so I leave all together. This lovely agency tells me they will not cancel my policy without proof of new insurance because that is NY law, my new agent prepped me knowing they would try this tactic and gave me the proof that it is in fact not a law in NY. The woman on the phone said "well this agency requires this." I asked to be transferred to customer retention and the response was "we don't do transfers but I can give you the number." 1 quick customer service phone call confirmed that I do not need to show proof of new insurance in NY and that as of July 28th I will be free of this Ken Kortright agency. Unlike a good neighbor, you are not there when your clients need you. Thank you and goodbye!

Matt Zaglin and the people in this office are real and genuinely polite. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make you feel like the most important person in their office. I accidentally found them while searching for car insurance. They offered the most affordable insurance I've paid for in over 30 years of owning cars. They even found a way to lower my rates by adding renters' coverage. I'm retired and no longer able to drive, but I continue to use other insurance services that this office offers. I called today with a concern, and within minutes, everything was taken care of. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with truly kind people. No waiting, no phone prompts, no obvious script reading.
