I'm passing through and needed to do some laundry…read more After reviewing Yelp reviews, I chose Clothes Quarters. They didn't disappoint. The machines are newer, and they have a *gasp* actual human present should anything go awry. The last time I used a laundromat when traveling the washing machine wouldn't open to let me get my clothes. There wasn't anyone on premises, and the phone number posted was worthless. I was told I would have to wait hours before a technician could get there. Trust me, if you're traveling, and need to wash some clothes, you couldn't find a better place. I don't use a laundromat at home, but if I lived here and needed to do laundry this place would absolutely be my choice.

When I inquired I was informed the price is a flat $2.50 per pound and that there had been no recent price change. When I asked about why I was only charged $30 at my previous visit they were not able to explain the difference. I recommend confirming the pricing if you intend to have laundry done by their service.

I wish I lived in this town, this quaint little laundry wash is needing someone to help keep it clean. Upsetting, late at night the townsfolk would disrespect their local business like this. It's mostly laundry trash and soap but it's all over the place. Tables and folding stations are clean though so that is good! There's change machines, vending for food and laundry items. There's plenty of washers and dryers. Careful parking your "big truck" because it's not a lot of parking lot, at a tight turn off a street road for an entry. I love this place. 10/10

May be messy by nights ends but typically was cleaned. If things didn't work were resolved. I have given new owners the benefit of doubt but today i wasted 10$ on dryers that didn't heat. Was not busy in there but was filthy. over 50% of machines out of service and then 50% of the dryers that ran wouldn't heat up. I left with wet laundry after wasting my time and money. I would like to say sorry to pass owners and his staff. This place is 100 x worse; i listened to so many people complain for years about things that were often out of their control. I bet the community wishes the old staff and owner was there still. This owner takes no pride in this place or even attempts to take pride. I get people are messy and disrespectful but it is your job as an owner to check on your business daily and clean. Considering u are right next door that just makes u lazy. Last owner and his staff were miles away and had other jobs but that did what they could for the community to have a place they could do their laundry.

With young kids at home, I like to do the laundry after they are in bed. Even if I get them to bed by 8, I don't have much time to wash and dry a load of laundry. I had 10 minutes left on the dryer tonight when the 9 o'clock alarm sounded. I jump out of my skin every time I hear that. It is a 15 minute warning that the building will be armed at 9:15. So I spent the next 15 minutes trying to cover my ears and remove/fold laundry. Anyway, I would give it 5 stars if it stayed open a little later, or at least let those who are inside already finish up, and definitely make the alarm system much less dramatic, and quieter.

Until Riverside Laundromat showed up. First, this place is adorable- wood walls, nice lighting, and CLEAN. Things that might be important to you: They have wifi. Password is on the wall by the change machine. They have a change machine. They also use a card system that can be paid for with cash or credit card. It appears, though, that the machines work with credit card too so I'm not sure of the benefit of their card. I got one anyway. They have two machines that dispense single serve detergent if you need. 6 chairs for waiting. They have a bathroom. 4 laundry carts. A couple surfaces for folding. The price- There are two different sets of washers and dryers- big and small. For the big machine- $5.75 for a "normal" 22 minute cycle- price goes up if you change the temp, choose heavy duty, etc. $3.50 for a smaller machine. I used the larger because I didn't notice the smaller (face palm). The huge dryers are .25 for four minutes. They are nice huge dryers though- could fit a sleeping bag if ya need. Which reminds me, shoulda brought mine. Dang it. The smaller dryers are .25 for five minutes. The only thing that was a bugger using their card is that I chose 30 minutes to dry and had to stand there and swipe their card 6 times because it was only doing 25 cents at a time. They do have a pickup service but you have to call because it wasn't attended when I came by. Excellent place. Beats toting dirty clothes back home!
