This is my first time visiting this establishment and I am quite impressed. It is clean, machines are affordable, atm is provided if you don't have any coin, and there is a vending machine especially if you have children that have accompanied you to do the laundry chore . There is a wash n fold service adjacent to the machines which is another good service for those busy scheduled people. All in all this is a place I will keep returning to so my clothes will remain clean . read more

Went to the Greers laundry center in the Ethan Allen shopping center in Burlington. I was minding my own business and went to put my laundry in one of the big washers and the woman worker there said to me "I see you have one of our bags" I had a big green Greers laundry bag that we bought. So, I said to her yes we bought it. She then said "I doubt that" I then said " I don't care what you think we bought it" She then said, We don't sell them and that she did not like my attitude. I then told her that I did not like her attitude and tone implying that we did not buy this bag. She got all upset that I was standing up against her defaming implications and told me I needed to leave acting as if she was now the victim. I then told her to fuck off and left. I preceded to call her supervisor and told her the truth of what happened. When I went back to the laundry mat to pick my girlfriend up who was now doing all the laundry alone, this woman starting yelling at me and told me I didn't tell the true story of what happened. She was pissed off that I had exposed her for falsely accusing me of not buying the bag implying in my estimation that I stole the bag. Turns out this woman was the manager there and did not know that Greers use to sell those bags. She lied to her boss and acted as if I was the rude one and she was the poor victim. Yes I told this woman off and did swear at her because I have had it with these little lying tyrants who when given a bit of authority take it to a level of total disrespect. Who is this woman to bud into my business and assume I did not pay for my laundry bag without evidence and call me out in front of others in the laundry room? Is she a cop or just a wanna be one? I never should of let her get under my skin but I am not going to tolerate some low class tyrant harassing me over her misjudgment of me and then play the poor victim. The machines smelled of mold and mildew. There was also black mold in the doors. The coin machine didnt work so i had to drive to 2 different places to get coins. Not a good experience. We will go across the street to the Laundry Lab in the future. Its more modern and clean. You can use an app to wash and dry and they have attendents on duty. read more

I go do my laundry to north ave Greers every weekend, Saturday 6/9/18 I put a $20. dollar bill in the change machine and I got only $10.25 in quarters, At 8 am I called and left a message, no call back. I've been going to Greers in the north end for months. Not because it is a nice laundromat, but because it is convenient. The washing machines are gross and in disrepair most of the time. The place looks like it is almost never cleaned and the laundry machines are overpriced for the low quality of service. Nonetheless, I've been a patron for about a year now because convenience (just about) trumps all. I do go to other laundromats, but it's not always worth going out of my way. Today, I walked inside to exchange a 5 dollar bill for some quarters for reasons other than doing my laundry. I was met with an attendant who I've never seen before as I have done most of my laundry there during covid when there was no one staffed. As I was walking up to the change machine, she asked me if I was planning to do any laundry. I knew right away she didn't appreciate people using their change machine if they aren't paying customers. Well, that's fair enough I thought, so I explained that I use this laundromat all the time because I thought that she may cut me some slack if I'm a regular patron. She responded with "I've never seen you here before" like she's there open to close every single day and memorizes every face that walks through the doors. She then explained that they are short on quarters which, despite my ignorance of the intricacies of laundromat economics, is hard to believe since quarters are the tender for their primary source of income. That's besides the point. She clearly didn't believe that I'm a regular customer despite the fact that I've wasted hundreds of dollars there during my time in this city. I didn't waste any of my time explaining myself and I walked out. The point is, if you really can't afford to lose 20 quarters, then fine. It's your right to deny people the use of what's on your property. I won't fault you for that, but when someone walks in trying to tell you they are a regular customer, next time try not to greet them with immediate assumptive skepticism. read more

I'm grateful they are open on Sunday. I really can't understand why a laundromat would not be open on Sunday. Very clean and lots of machines but it's a small space with very few chairs or folding tables. No TVs or vending machines. read more

Spoke with them three times regarding a 25% off coupon via yelp for dry cleaning on jackets (before coming in, at drop off, and again at pickup). Assured I could do it at pick up, but then the woman gave me a huge attitude about it stating she's never heard of yelp and doesn't know how to do coupons. Not good customer service at all. On top of it all, it was my wedding dress I had dropped off for dry cleaning and it has been there for over a week. They don't tell me until I pick it up that they couldn't do my dress! I have been to laundromats all over the US and even in Europe. I was in a hotel in Sherburne and hoped to find a decent laundromat in Shelburne. And I found it at Greers on Shelburne Ave. I called and the attendant was very helpful and personable. So I decided to try it - what I liked - clean, quiet, tables and chairs, chairs across from the machines, not to warm and not too cold, and my clothes got clean! Very happy I went there. read more
