I was looking for a laundromat in the area, and I saw This business pop up. After reading the good…read morereviews I decided to give it a go. This laundromat is open 24/7 which is always a connivence. It's very neat and clean and the machines are a great size. For washing, prices depend on how many pounds you use. So, for example I used the washers that can fit up to 30 lbs. I paid $3 per load for 28 minutes. I ended up washing 3 loads of laundry, so I only paid $9! HOWEVER, it's important to note that there is a $10 hold per load if you use your debit/credit card. So when I checked my account, $30 was taken out. I called the laundromat to see why this was and the owner John (I believed) called me back in a fair amount of time and explained that the holds only lasts 2 hours. Since I used my debit card, I'll probably get that money back tomorrow (Monday). As for drying, loads are only 25 cents for 12 minutes, so I put in 50 cents and was able to dry for 24 minutes. I think this will be my go to laundromat while I'm in Ohio. The prices are reasonable, it's clean, and the machines get the job done! Also, the owner is responsive, that's always a plus!

The biggest washers were $4.00 a load, and the dryers were $.25 for "about five minutes" (as per the words of the attendant). This seems somewhat expensive, but I did appreciate how helpful the attendant was (yes, I did need help figuring out how to use the washing machine :P ). While I was waiting for the bedding, I watched the attendant (owner?) hand ironing shirts, which I assume were part of the laundry service that this site also offers. The place is a little run-down, but I was impressed by how clean it was (including the tiny bathroom), and by the fact that there were several magazines and other (current) reading materials freely available in racks near the door. There were also a few (ancient) arcade games, and a couple of vending machines if you were desperate. However, since this place was in the same lot as Subway and near Taco Bell and Arby's, I don't think the desperate would turn these machines for their sustenance. Oh, I even asked folks on FaceBook which laundromat I should use, and a few of them suggested this place as well, so my favorable impression probably isn't too far off.

I'm going from loyal customer here to never coming back. I had slowly stopped coming to the clintonville coin-op when I noticed a decline in their cleanliness shortly after they reopened. I started visiting other laundromats. I came back to give coin-op a try again and I'm disgusted to see they haven't improved their cleaning at all. This is the inside of the first machine I stopped at, 45 minutes into the day's opening, with the attendant chilling at the desk. So I skip the machine and go check some others. Checked at least four other machines. Each one was filthy. Dog hair, lint, gunk, coins, KIBBLE?? I found the cleanest one I could and wiped out the inside as much as I was able (it was still pretty grimy). Honestly I regret doing that wash. When it was over, I ended up just grabbing the 'clean' clothes and the rest of my clothes and putting them back in my car. No idea where I'm going to wash them next, but it's definitely not here. This place really used to be my favorite, but they need to seriously implement some stronger cleaning protocols and follow up on them.

I counted last time I was there (Nov 2025), and 20% of their machines were down. That's 1 in 5 and that is not an exaggeration. So if you go and it looks to only have a few people inside, there's a good chance that every washer will be occupied upon arrival. And the only thing worse than spending my day at a laundromat doing clothes, is spending the same time just standing around waiting to do clothes.
