With another storm coming up we knew we had to get someone in fast. We called Frank Giordano and he came during the day on Monday to assess the situation. He gave us a quote, we accepted, and he would then have to look to see when he could do the job (of course everybody wants their job done first). He called back later that night saying he could do it the next day. We were overjoyed as we knew more rain would make flooding worse. He came Tuesday when he said he would, introduced and described his workers so we knew what to expect of them. He finished putting in the drainage line that day, staying after hours HIMSELF. Before leaving he told us that the next day he would have another piece of machinery here to do "clean up", and it was. With every contact, Frank and his employees (all hard working) were COURTEOUS to us and RESPECTFUL of our property. Frank actually went beyond (a few extras) what was expected of him to do, to which we were quite happy about. Everybody thinks contractors are expensive, but you do have to pay for the BEST and HE IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THEM! As you can tell from our narrative above, we were quite happy with Frank and would hire him again. This is a long review but we wanted to show why we gave him an EXCELLENT review.

Some of the receptions are kind , for instance Pam and Sherri but the others forget about it , they talk about you when you can here them and are extremely rude to to you when you call there for refills on meds . This place is horrible they were wonderful in the beginning but after a wonderful NP Tracy left because she wasn't getting the pay she deserved , who i will never forget things went down hill from there, They had no suboxone doctor for months and after giving me my subs and they gave me a bridge script to hold me over till i found one which mind you covid was just starting they sent me on my way , finally I returned because they found a new provider and at the time i liked my counselor Jamie , we clicked and when I started out there they were amazing and unfortunately like everyone else that tends to work there left again to go to a better facility ! Then again they give me a new counselor which minds you takes a bit to get a repore with them all over again , This place only cares for money and doesn't care about there patients and there real needs, Also how do you call the cops on a patient with mental health issues because of speeding up the steep driveway and he just got just got kicked because she doesnt want to give him a second chance and couldnt help him anymore and needed more help they couldnt give him ? They can tailor the job around your budget as well. Once a quarter, we try and do a deep clean in the house and really focus on certain things, which is great! I have a ton of antiques, delicate lamp lighting and stoneware collections and the house can seem cluttered at times but they do a great job in getting it all done. I also heat with a massive stone fireplace so dust is a real big issue, but they really keep it at bay! I can recommend them highly and without reservation.
