He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2.
