Then tacked on over $50,000 in "expenses" plus paid buyers realtors commission!!! All effectively reducing my profit from the sale! Every time I see the commercial where they guarantee sale at full market value I want to PUKE! They are terrible at communicating and honestly do t know how they are still in business When I called the owners son he told me they really didn't make that much on the sale?? NO KIDDING YOU GAVE UP $112,000 in lowering the price concessions and buyers commissions???

Are these really the people you want to work with? Then when I tell him go ahead he tells me to have my attorney contact him? I don't think so. You want to threaten, you pay the fees. I also asked him twice to stop messaging me and he didn't. I'd be happy to tell and show anyone the full messages and tell the full story that happened. My wife and I were looking to buy a rental property from out of state and Tiffany was prompt in getting back to me (always a great first start), we chatted with a couple agents but Tiff was easy to talk to and had a few strategies we liked out of the gate. And she was an ASU grad so bonus points! We narrowed in on a budget, cities, and showing strategy (we bought sight unseen due to how competitive it is right now so coming to view each property didnt make sense) so virtual tours were key. We put trust in her to look at the house, point out any red flags and give offer advise. She even talked us away from one house we wanted to offer on which is good in my opinion, that's why you hire someone with industry experience, so we really appreciated that it wasn't just ablut closing a deal. We had specific requirements so after looking for about a month, she ended up finding us a beautiful house in Tempe before it hit the market and negotiated with the seller to work out a deal. We 100% would not have got that house if it wasn't for her and may still be looking today. We're very happy, and finally met her in person on inspection day.
