The plan was easy to follow and I liked that I could still go out to restaurants like Houston's and still lose weight. I am kosher, so the Instant Shape Up products being kosher was a huge plus. I have kept every pound off that I lost and the staff at the center showed me how to keep my results. For me, having to check in with my counselor was key as I knew what I needed to do, but needed an extra push.

I did every thing they said, took all the supplements and ate all the food. This diet does not work for everyone. They kept trying to change my program and nothing worked. I can't say they were very encouraging, one week I was very honest and put down that I had 5oz of something when I was to have 3 oz of that item, that was all my diet rep could talk about the extra 2 oz of one item on one day. All I can say if I eat 2oz to much of an item in one week is that really going to keep my from losing the weight the center told me I was going to loose? My opinion don't waste your money or time.

Today, my visit with Allison cleared all of that. She was very patient AND made sure to touch each one to review, discuss and recommend. Her heard my concern about having a lot and being confused with what's needed. Her personal journey was very encouraging and helped me to embrace her recommendations. The plan she put me on during our last visit has me feeling better and hopeful that I can get better. The staff is ALWAYS so kind and welcoming. The office smells good (LOL) and is always clean.
