At the front of the building there is a take away desk which can get quite busy at peak times, but the staff do seem to get through the queue quite quickly. The restaurant is at the back of the building at is on two leels, although I have not seen the upstairs open very much recently. The staff seem to be very professional and you usually do not have to wait too long to be served. This is the best place to eat fish and chips in Truro!

When we got there, the place is very clean, nicely decorated and light. The lady who greeted us was also, extremely, friendly. We made our orders, never had to wait.
