Checked this place out yesterday. It was recommended by a friend. I'm not big on waffles so I initially just got a smoothie (which was damn delicious and well priced) but after seeing the food, I ended up getting one of their specials (The Ranch Hand). Was thinking about it all day after I ate it. The ingredients tasted super fresh, the waffles were delicious and the service was very friendly and fast. Definitely check this place out. read more

The Waffle Bus Stop is the best place to eat in Antigonish by far. I moved here from a city with a big foodie culture, and this is the kind of place I would seek out there. The waffles are slightly sweet and the toppings are fresh. The sweet waffles come with the most beautiful berries and the savory waffles are piled high with spinach and the most delicious combinations of yummyness. The Eggs Benny is my favorite. The only downside is that all the delicious hollandaise sauce is very messy. read more

I had been wanting to get to this place for a long time, I was in town for the weekend so I finally had the chance. Everything sounded / smelled amazing - ended up getting the Ham & Cheese (comes with Havarti, banana peppers, bacon, and maple syrup.. maybe a few more things on there)... it was insanely good - such a unique combination that went perfect together. We adored this spot! Honest, unpretentious food. They do everything with waffles. Both sweet and salty options were enjoyed. The coffee was excellent! It's all self serve and there aren't many seats, but the turnover is quick. read more

This small family owned business has absolutely blown up when it opened in its permanent location. The locals love it the students waste their student loans on it and it's worth it. The savoury waffle sandwiches are out of this world I highly recommend the egg Benedict sand which and the steak and cheese. The owners are the cutest couple also, the atmosphere is light hearted and trendy. The only downside is the small space but that's not enough of a reason to dock a single star. read more
