You get high quality work at Hot Shots!…read more I've taken Jon's workshop, self taped with him, and also filmed a demo reel with him. I had saved his name as a place I would try if I ever got a big audition. I did get two auditions for two shorts that are going to be showcased at Tribeca (should have gone to him!). I saw that he was offering an On-Camera Self Tape Mastery 3-day Intensive. He doesn't offer classes frequently so I jumped at the chance to get in. These classes fill up fast as I believe it's a max of 6 students. I was extremely nervous because I knew I was going to be the most green actor there. And his clients book big jobs so I was expecting he was going to be super tough on me. But Jonathan created such a safe environment to have fun and that it's okay to make mistakes and learn. Each day he shares his wisdom and every person gets in front of the camera. You also get the tape from each day so you can see your progress. I enjoyed his easy-going, no-BS teaching approach. Just from the three days with him, I can tell that he is a great acting coach, reader and that he really cares for his clients and want them all to win. He treats his client's auditions as if he was the one auditioning and gives his 110%. So not only do the tapes visually look amazing, he will pull the best he can out of you. As far as parking, if it's the evening 5-8PM class, there are at least 4 metered parking right in front of his studio and more across the street and a few blocks away. Two out of three days, we were able to grab a spot right in front. It's 2 hours metered parking, but he will remind you close to the 2 hour mark to go fill the meters. I believe it's $1/hr (which isn't bad considering for LA). I can't wait to do self-tapes here! Go here and you won't regret it !

The energy healing counselor program, especially, has been the most profound transformational course of my life. I found a community of people, teachers and students, who have supported me in my hardest times and been there to witness my growth. Being witnessed by people who care was so crucial for me. I went from living in constant emotional turmoil to experiencing so much more love, joy, and real connection in my life. If its the right time in your life to embrace a new you and transform the things inside which are keeping you stuck or hurt or lonely, Lionheart is an incredible place and group of people to take the journey with. I also love that she lets them come up and touch the guitar at the end of class--which is always a favorite. My son is definitely more of an observer in class, but don't let that fool you because he is taking it ALL in! We listen to the music on the Ladybug app at home, and he requests his favorite songs and sings along almost daily. I also really like that they have different classes for babies, toddlers and slightly older kiddos, so you can find one that fits their age and stage. Also, you get unlimited make up classes, which is great since our son was sick quite often. Between the classes, all the different music, and being able to listen to the songs at home, we've gotten so much out of Ladybug over the last 2 years.

We care deeply about every order, treat every project seriously, and always keep our promises--especially on quality and on-time delivery. In September 2024, we completed a custom sign for Magikid Lab. All design details--including size, color, materials, and lighting--were clearly confirmed by the owner, Brian, before we began production and installation. After the sign was installed, Brian later raised concerns about the brightness of the letters and refused to pay the remaining balance of $1,200, as stated in our signed contract. To resolve the concern, we proposed a simple and professional solution: bring the exact letter ("G") back to our office for testing. This would allow us to explore adjustments--such as increasing the LEDs or modifying the vinyl--without making changes 18 feet up that might not satisfy them again. We informed their manager, Ashley, and removed the letter with notice. We then invited them several times to our office to test solutions. They never showed up. Later, a second co-owner, Mr. Lester, took over communication and sent us a very aggressive message, offering only $600 and demanding we return the letter immediately. He then accused us of theft, called the police, and threatened to have us arrested if we returned to the site. He also warned that he would post negative reviews across Yelp, Google, BBB, and more, labeling our business a "scam"--despite never attempting to resolve the issue properly. He further threatened to report us to immigration (ICE), hire another contractor to fix the sign at our expense, sue us in court, and file complaints with the Contractor State License Board. These threats are not only unnecessary--they go far beyond what's reasonable for resolving a routine business dispute. We're disappointed--not just by the breach of contract, but by the unwillingness to spend even an hour to solve the issue professionally. We ask: is it really worth damaging someone's business reputation over $1,200 when we've clearly shown a willingness to fix it? We believe that mutual respect and professionalism are essential in any business relationship. Unfortunately, the actions taken by the ownership of this educational business--choosing threats and public attacks over simple, cooperative problem-solving--raise serious concerns. As a parent and business owner, I would personally think twice before sending my own child to a place run with this kind of behavior and attitude. We remain committed to finishing this job under the contract. If the owners wish to terminate, they must do so formally and pay the balance owed. We continue to serve our clients with honesty, respect, and professionalism, as we've done for over 15 years. --

Somehow two of my three looks "got lost" and I never received them. They took no accountability and told me that all photos that were taken should be included in the Dropbox but that wasn't the case. My looks were nowhere. Additionally, right after I brought this up to them I stopped receiving emails for internships and opportunities for their job board. It definitely wasn't a coincidence. They told me that I "unsubscribed" (which I didn't) and there was no way to re-add me back on the list.. doesn't even sound believable. I spent thousands of dollars and it was a waste. I don't even think this is a business anymore but if it is, steer clear :)
