My almost 2 year old LOVES LadyBug music classes. The songs are so special and our teacher Beth is just amazing. The classes are energetic and lovely. There are sing-alongs, dancing, and instruments all in the 45 min class. We tried a couple of other studios in the neighborhood but they seriously pale in comparison to LadyBug. We're so happy we found it! The scheduling is so easy, there are limitless make-ups in case of illness or other things that come up in life, they truly make it easy for parents. There's an app with all the songs too so you can listen at home, we listen all the time and sing along. I can't get some of the songs out of my head, I'm even singing them when my toddler isn't around! read more

Ladybug Music is a truly special place. I heard about it through a friend and, noticing my son's fondness for music, my husband and I decided to sign up for a trial class. We were hooked from the start! The music is excellent, with fun reimagined classics and beautiful original songs, all spanning a range of genres in a kid-friendly style. I've also noticed the developmental benefits for my son after only a few months. He's an introvert, but every class I watch him come alive! His ability to keep rhythm, sing, and move to the music has grown, as have his confidence and sociability. What I love most about Ladybug is the community vibe. The teachers are all so lovely, the families are so sweet, and the energy as a whole is warm and vibrant without the overstimulation today's fast-paced world often carries. I just want to say that this program is amazing for little ones. My 20 month old loved going to the music classes. She was a little shy at first but after a couple of classes, she was dancing and trying to sing along! We had Patricia as her teacher and I loved that she understood that it's hard for little ones to follow instructions. She reassured parents that it was okay for their children to move around and explore. She is so patient and loving. I'm sure all teachers are wonderful and feel the same way about little ones. We've been taking our now two-and-a-half year old twins for awhile, and they've been loving it. Our whole family is big into music, and Ladybug has really opened the girls' worlds to music of all sorts. We listen to the songs on the app at home and in the care, and they each have their favorites. What's cool about Ladybug is that the songs are in all sorts of genres, exposing our kids to different styles of music. I started taking my son to the baby class when he was 6 months. It truly is the highlight of our week. His teacher Michelle is the best. You can tell she genuinely loves being there and is able to engage the babies for the entire class. Not to mention she has a beautiful voice I love listening to. The songs are wonderful and change every season. They give you a link to listen to them outside of class to help the babies become familiar with them. They're extremely well produced and thoughtfully include music from different cultures and genres. They are also the appropriate length for babies to hold their attention before switching to the next one. During class they're given various instruments to plays with. My son loves chewing on the drum stick best haha. They sanitize everything after each class. The space in studio city is clean and comfortable. Ladybug fosters a lovely and inclusive community and all the people I've met have been so friendly and nice. I can't say enough good things about this school. Don't hesitate to sign up! read more

Brought my 3 month old first baby girl to music with Teacher Beth and I loved every minute! So fun to see my baby grow through the 10 weeks and work on her motor skills with the instruments. The songs are very catchy, easy to remember and fun to sing. We still sing them at home now that we don't go anymore (in daycare now). My daughter is obsessed! We started attending last spring when she was about 12 months old and at first she didn't seem that into it. I was skeptical to continue especially since we commute in traffic from Woodland Hills to the studio city location. As the weeks went by, her love for the class grew and now at 20 months old, she can't stop singing and dancing. She looks forward to going to class and you can see her face light up. I highly suggest giving it a try for at least 10 weeks. In my opinion, I think Michelle is absolutely amazing. I wouldn't take a class without her. A rather bland mix of (original?) songs, that are played over and over to the young kids. There is no variance in musical styles, the kids don't get exposed to different musical instruments. The lessons always start late, sometimes up to 30 minutes. The teacher was trying to make the best of it, but it's not her fault the songs are boring and the lesson plans are lazy. I am so happy I heard about Ladybug from a friend. We started going last summer and my kids instantly loved it. Words cannot express the joy and growth experienced by our twins by attending these beautiful, down to earth music classes. While the class itself is joyful, interactive and thrilling for the girls, the playlists on the app are simply incredible pieces of music. There is not a day that goes by without the girls requesting Ladybug songs to sing in the car; I see them together with play guitars in their hands singing "Hello hello"; I sing them the Whale Song or Little Birdie lullaby at night before they sleep and I hear them singing it to themselves as they rest. There is so much garbage music out there for little kids; inane, incessant loud melodies with nonsensical lyrics. Ladybug is QUALITY. Ladybug has sparked a light inside of them, a passion for music and dance. They are almost 3 yrs old and still enjoying it significantly. I could not recommend Ladybug more for parents of young children! read more

My son started at 1.5 years old, and we've been going weekly for 3 sessions now. It's so much fun and incredible to watch him grow in the class. He started off not knowing what was going on, and now he dances and participates in all the activities. We have been a Ladybug Music family going on 5 years and continue to love the program, always racing to sign up when the new sessions open. We started with my son when he was about 8 months old and he loved it so much we kept him in it for years (until he was in school everyday), and now it's my daughter's turn (though my son still loves returning for a class on occasion with his sister). The classes are fun and engaging, and the teachers work so well with children. We decided to move to in-person classes when he turned nine months old when we felt the environment was safer. Ladybug is more cautious when it comes to COVID safety and that made us more comfortable. From the very beginning, he has always looked forward to the class. We have noticed how much he responds to the music and recognizes the songs. He has enjoyed the transition to taking in-person classes since he has an opportunity to socialize with the other kids of different ages and play with some of the different instruments. Ladybug is the best class on every level.
