I show up 10 minutes after the store is supposedly open along with multiple people showing up and then leaving, except for a couple that tried to wait it out like myself. Visited Vitamin Shoppe today to pick up an online order, and thought I'd peruse the store. Didn't have anything in mind, just wanted to look around in case I wanted to buy something else. A young man whose name I didn't get (tall, lean, long brown hair)greeted me loudly & asked what he could help me with. I said, "I'm picking up an online order, but I'm going to look around a bit." He asked me what I was looking for. I told him nothing in particular, I just wanted to shop. He followed me closely, and asked if he could check my phone number to see if I have any rewards. I told him I am aware of my available awards, and I just wanted to look around. I thought he'd take the hint - like, leave me alone and let me look around! He asked AGAIN, while literally following me around the store, "what are you looking for?" I told him I didn't know, just wanted to look around. I had headed toward the protein powders, and he said, "Oh, the keto stuff is on the other side..." Do I look like I was on keto?!? Dude, BACK OFF!!! I then said, "it's ok, I'll just get my order." I could not wait to get out of there, and was pretty disappointed that I couldn't be left alone to just shop. Pretty sure I would have bought a couple of items that I didn't think of online. It''s been a couple times that I go in to purchase a product. Never had an issue but I went in last Friday to buy a preworkout and the two girls working there were not paying attention, they didn't even acknowledged me until I had to ask for help. Very rude and just on their phones. One of the girls had short blonde hair and the other girl which was the one that rung me up was just simply RUDE! (thumbs down for her) Her attitude was horrible. Why is she even there. Glanced at that name tag and it looked like a Raquell/Rachell. She's been there other times and her face says it all, someone cheer this poor human being, she always seems to be in her worse! We went in tonight to get some information about a protein drink that I've been using to lose weight. I was worried that it wasn't working but the guy that was helping me assured me that I picked the best protein drinks there is and gave me some insight on things that I could be doing to help lose weight. He did not push any products on me that weren't necessary and gave me advice. My wife and I come here a lot so I guess I should review it finally. We get a lot of products from vitamin packs to protein to weight management supplements to pre workouts to immune support products. A wide range in deed but this also helps me to be able to review the store and its employees. I'm always satisfied with my products from vitamin shoppe. They carry a huge variety of every product. There's no having to choose between 2-3 product brands for a supplement, there's many to choose from! The product brand range is a huge plus for me. I can try the same product from 6-7 even 8-9 different brands to see what works better for me and my wife. One may work better for her than for me and that's ok because they carry that many brands in store. Today Stephen really helped us get a better deal from their house brand (which by the way is a good brand especially when money is tight and you need supplements) from a big name brand. Less consumption and same amount of product from the house brand. So taking 1 pill 2-3 times per day with a meal equaling 3 total per day as opposed to taking 2 pills 2-3 times per day with a meal equaling 6 total per day and still getting the same 1000mg consumption per dose.
