Support this local business! Watson's Organic Cafe has earned a customer for life…read more I called ahead because my grandpa has an allergy to one of the ingredients, and they were happy to accommodate my request. Unfortunately, the DoorDash driver incorrectly reported that they couldn't, and so my order was canceled. Instead of leaving it at that, one of the owners (Eva--you're the GOAT) personally drove my order to me to make sure I still received exactly what I had ordered. That's customer service you just don't see anymore. The food is fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious, but it's the people that make this place special. We'll definitely be ordering again (Friday), and for many meals to come. Highly recommend!

Great food, great quality of products. BUT!! Horrible customer service. I am new to the Visalia…read morearea and I went in for a salad and a burger and a couple of other things. I was just disappointed with their lack of customer service. Not friendly at all. Walked in, they saw me but ignored me. I stood at the register trying to order but they seemed bothered. Once they acknowledged me they were not friendly they did not greet me or smiled. I went back the following week to give them another chance but nope it was the same attitude. I really liked their food but I feel uncomfortable going in.

most of these reviewers seem to have the wrong idea about Aldi. it was never intended to be a full…read moreservice market. It is, however, a quick way to grab a few basic items, such as milk, eggs, bread, veggies when you are in a hurry and don't want to wade through a big store like Winco. Forgot an item at Winco? Pick it up at Aldi in a fraction of the time. I have found several items at Aldi that I go there specifically to pick up, such as their "fresh, never frozen" salmon, the cracker cut cheddar and Gouda cheese, the hothouse cucumbers ( always under a dollar), the ground chicken which is half the price t Winco. And the seasonal products are fun to browse rough, especially at Christmas when they bring in European chocolates and cookies. It isn't full service, but it has some terrific offerings. A friend swears that their frozen cod fillets make the best fried fish (and chips) than anything you can get at a restaurant. She goes there for the cod and the chayote, which is always the cheapest in town, when they have it! As for the employees, I have always found them when I needed them, and they have always assisted me. As for self-checkout, easy, quick, and when I make a mistake, the employee at the register fixes it without me asking.

He also was mad that I took a while to load my items on the belt he was short and said once I'm done with her my moms stuff lol you need to be ready to be checked out. No dude I'll take all the time I need to respect food and make sure nothing gets damaged because some of us can't replace so quickly
