We prioritized our health and fitness recovery through illness, my own surgery, and our drop in income, so we continued to purchase through Nutrishop. Today I asked the employee if there was a more affordable product than the one I had been using. Instead of answering my question, he told me to purchase the same product in a smaller size, which was still more expensive than the other brands. He immediately turned and left us without offering any actual help. He was incredibly awkward and ignored us, and he also helped other customers at checkout before us, even though we were at the counter first. He remained awkward and uncommunicative throughout. I would like to point out this employee was incredibly friendly, open, and helpful to other customers in the shop. He specifically did not want to help with our question about pricing and treated us differently for needing to make a budget-friendly choice. It's really a shame and a bad look for this business, and the experience disgusts me. We will never come back.
